HOW TO LOOK SEXY AND HOT

Every woman's been through it before -- that feeling of denial when she finds out that those guys weren't talking about her, but rather her sexy friend. Those days are long over. If this sounds like you, and you're ready to revamp your style and turn everyone's heads, then read on. No matter what your hair color, body shape, or eye color, you too can become sexier today.

    Get clean. Bathe at least once a day. Feeling and looking clean is crucial. Wash with a nice smelling body soap three times with a bathing sponge and it will smell great. Get out and pat yourself dry with a towel, and rub in some rich body lotion. You need to be soft and able to cuddle at all times (do not neglect your hands, elbows, and feet). If possible try to layer matching scents on your body, such as soap, lotion, powder, and perfume. For example if you bathe with a citrus smelling body soap, try to wear a citrus-smelling lotion also.

    Practice good dental hygiene as well, this includes brushing, flossing and even mouth wash. Clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner or a spoon every morning for fresh breath. Get a check up and have your teeth cleaned often. Invest in a good toothbrush, waterpick, and mouthwash. Always keep mints or breath spray on hand.

    Get groomed. Work with what you've got. But keep it neat and tidy! Trim finger and toe nails weekly, remembering to clean under the nail. No fancy nail polish colours are needed, but a simple beige colour can play down any nail discolouration. If you choose to sculpt your eyebrows, get them waxed at a professional place -if you choose to pluck try to stencil the desired shape (using a stencil kit *BE REALISTIC!*)that will help avoid over plucking- it's not really attractive.Once every 2 or 3 weeks, have a pampering day, including a manicure, pedicure, facial, and bubble bath, even if it's just a spa day at home.

    Style your hair. Make a trip to the hair salon. A new cut or style will make you feel sexy and confident. Having a change of hair colour is nice, too. Go for something natural and not too dramatic. Deep condition your hair at least once a month. In the mornings, flat iron your hair or put it in a messy bun, depending on your style. Adding extensions or a wig can radically change an everyday look from "ho-hum" to "wow" to turn a few heads. Studies show that most men are more attracted to longer hair - this is because longer, glossier hair is associated with health; if you get ill, the first thing the body stops maintaining is your hair in order to concentrate on sustaining more vital areas. And since in terms of evolution, it makes more sense for a guy to be attracted to a healthy girl, it's become natural to be attracted to hair that looks more healthy!

    Create winning skin. Do a steam facial maybe once a week for up to 10 minutes, to open up your pores and get rid of blackheads and acne. To do this, get a bowl of boiling water and a towel, and just sit with your face in the steam, using the towel as a little tent/mini sauna over your head and the bowl. Caution: doing it for longer then 10 minutes will just stress out your skin, which will just make it worse! Wash your face right away afterwards with a cleanser made for your type of skin. Then rinse and splash your face with cold water to close your pores or, alternatively, get an ice cube and wait for it to melt a little. Then smooth it gently over your face until it melts; this closes your pores and prevents dirt going back into them. An alternative to this is to use a facial scrub to get rid of flaky, dead skin cells.

    • Optional: Put on a self-tanner lotion for the face (2 shades darker is perfect for pale skin types) Put a dime size on each cheek and one on your forehead. Blend into your complexion. Wait until dry (about 2 minutes) and wait about 30 minutes until you see results. The great thing about self tanners is that they last all day and you don't have to reapply it like make-up! For darker skin tones, use a bronzer on the cheeks and lids for a more natural sun-kissed glow with lip gloss on the lips.

    Show your style.

    • Invest in a good pair of curve-hugging jeans. Dark denim looks good on all body types.
    • Pick some clothes that flatter your figure and that you feel comfortable in. There's no point picking the latest fashions if you don't feel comfortable in them! Pick clothes that make you feel like you!
    • Wear lace-up flats or sneakers. Flats are cute and comfortable--two characteristics that you rarely ever find in the shoe department!
    • Wear jewelery that excites you. Find colourful, fun, bright chunky necklaces and bracelets, but if you wear lots of pearls and beads, don't wear a shirt that has a pattern or a picture on it. Wear a monochromatic top with lots of multi-coloured jewelery.
    • Black is sexy. It hides fat rolls, creates curves and makes you feel like a goddess.
    • Sexy undergarments. But don't flash them. Be classy about it otherwise you look trashy. Try to maintain class as much as possible, while still being sexy.

    Take up dancing. Sign up for lessons with a friend--salsa, ballet, hip-hop, ballroom, whatever you like. You'll gain confidence, and you will move more gracefully and sexily in everything you do, without even thinking about it. (health benefits are an obvious bonus!) Belly dancing is also another way to feel sexy and confident!

      • Remember that if your workout goal is to lose weight, you're going to need to sweat, and for an extended period of time. Lifting weights will help you drop pounds, since muscle mass burns calories increasing your metabolism. If weight loss is your goal, a good starting point is to do something that gets your heart rate up--like walking briskly, swimming, dancing, or biking--for 30 minutes, 3 times per week. Most importantly, make sure you are burning more calories in a day than you consume. This is the only way you will ever lose weight. If you exercise a bunch but then gorge yourself you will be more fit but still will not lose fat.
      • Choose a work-out regimen that you enjoy. Hate running? Then don't run! Try different activities until you find one that makes you happier than you were when you began. Then, stick with it. Give it a week or two; once you're "over the hump," it will start feeling like fun instead of torture.
      • If you're dissatisfied with your body, by all means, work on getting healthier--but remember that "sexy" isn't a body shape. It's an aura. So start working on feeling sexy now! Getting slim and toned can augment sexiness, but it can never replace it. Owning a Steinway isn't the same thing as being a master pianist; in the same way, owning a "hot" body isn't the same thing as being sexy. Learn to play the "piano" you've got! Work it and love it, and everyone else will too.
      • Sexy doesn't equal skinny. Men are attracted to ALL body types.

      • Recent research shows that introverts are more outgoing when they have a friend by their side than when they're only with a stranger; in fact, they can become just as outgoing as extroverts that way! If you need help putting yourself out there, bring a friend along--and live it up!
      • If you like someone and they aren't into your style, don’t try to imitate what they like. It will make you feel bad, and it won't work for long. If he or she doesn’t like you for who you are then find someone else.
      • Posture has a lot to do with being sexy as well. If you feel confident and walk tall, everyone else will think so too. Keep your shoulders back, and walk with a bit of a strut.

      • Drink plenty of water each day -- it'll help your skin, your diet, and help you feel great!
      • Cocoa or Shea butter is really good for normal to dry skin because it makes your body smooth and soft. Face masks and good moisturizers are also good, be sure to get one that is non-comodegenic (does not clog pores) and matches your skin type.
      • Martial arts, Pilates, Yoga and Ballet are good toning activities.
      • Dab some clear lip gloss onto your eyelids for a sexy dewy look . Apply eyeliner to the outer corners of your eyelids, and on the bottom if you like it there (and just below your lashline NOT on the inside rims), one coat of mascara, some blush or bronzer, and lip-gloss.
      • Having a boyfriend or girlfriend who you love is a good thing, but being sexy and single is good, too. Don't obsess over your love life.
      • Remember that beauty attracts beauty, confidence attracts confidence, and maturity attracts maturity. If you want a good catch, BE a good catch. If you concentrate on your own happiness, happy people will find their way to you.
      • Being very confident and having a high self esteem can help you to be more sexy.
      • Wear black! Nothing increases sex appeal like the color black. Just dab on black eyeliner, eyeshadow and/or kohl. Even using an eyelash curler and then mascara, or wearing simple black clothes works more than anything else.
      • Red is also a sexy colour. Go for some on your lips, on your nails and maybe in some clothing articles. It's scientifically proven that the color red enhances your sex appeal, so use it to your advantage.

2. got promoted to work at BSN Properties department in KL as an architect...WHEEEEE...cant wait for the interview...updating my latest portfolio rite now...
3. sweet n romantic bufday song sang by my honey at 2.00am on 22 april 2010 while i was sleeping..huhuhu...but still he's the best...
4.my FB full with bufday wishes and thats makes me damn crazy happy...
5.got my salary to support my convo fees..eventhou in a small amount but maybe its already enough to pay the convo robe coz i already paid the convo bill on the early of this month..
6.at nite, i've cooked seafood olio pasta for my family dinner...they love it..huhuhu...

one whole 23rd bufday simple but soooooo damn happy....no words can be describethe happinest on that day...

Healthy Fast Food

Top tips for healthy eating at fast food restaurants

Make careful menu selections pay attention to the descriptions on the menu. Dishes labeled deep-fried, pan-fried, basted, batter-dipped, breaded, creamy, crispy, scalloped, Alfredo, au gratin or in cream sauce are usually high in calories, unhealthy fats or sodium. Order items with more vegetables and choose leaner meats.

Drink water with your meal. Soda is a huge source of hidden calories. One 32-oz Big Gulp with regular cola packs about 425 calories, so one Big Gulp can quickly gulp up a big portion of your daily calorie intake. Try adding a little lemon to your water or ordering unsweetened iced tea.

“Undress” your food. When choosing items, be aware of calorie- and fat-packed salad dressings, spreads, cheese, sour cream, etc. For example, ask for a grilled chicken sandwich without the mayonnaise. You can ask for a packet of ketchup or mustard and add it yourself, controlling how much you put on your sandwich.

Don't be afraid to special order. Many menu items would be healthy if it weren't for the way they were prepared. Ask for your vegetables and main dishes to be served without the sauces. Ask for olive oil and vinegar for your salads or order the dressing "on the side" and spoon only a small amount on at a time. If your food is fried or cooked in oil or butter, ask to have it broiled or steamed.

Watch portion size - an average fast food meal can run as high as 1000 calories or more, so choose a smaller portion size, order a side salad instead of fries, and don't supersize anything. At a typical restaurant, a single serving provides enough for two meals. Take half home or divide the portion with a dining partner. Sharing might make dessert (or something else indulgent) more of an option.

Watch your salt. Fast food restaurant food tends to be very high in sodium, a major contributor to high blood pressure. Don’t add insult to injury by adding more salt.

Avoid buffets – even seemingly healthy ones like salad bars. You'll likely overeat to get your money's worth. If you do choose buffet dining, opt for fresh fruits, salads with olive oil & vinegar or low-fat dressings, broiled entrees and steamed vegetables. Resist the temptation to go for seconds, or wait at least 20 minutes after eating to make sure you're really still hungry before going back for more.

Eat mindfully. Pay attention to what you eat and savor each bite. Chew your food more thoroughly and avoid eating on the run. Being mindful also means stopping before you are full. It takes time for our bodies to register that we have eaten. Mindful eating relaxes you, so you digest better, and makes you feel more satisfied.

Remember the big picture – Think of eating out in the context of your whole diet. If it is a special occasion, or you know you want to order your favorite meal at a nice restaurant, make sure your earlier meals that day are extra healthy. Moderation is always key, but planning ahead can help you relax and enjoy your dining out experience while maintaining good nutrition and diet control.

DETOX DAY 4 AND DAY 5...

Ok...sorry for not updating day 4 and 5...my tenet was terminated.. (lambat bayar...huhuhu)...So, i diddt remember wat i've ate in those two days..yang i igt today the 5th day...sorry to say, cannot handle...terpakse makan solid food gak arini...klo x, mcm nk mati rase...maybe my first trial detox just berjaya buat 5 ari...next time maybe i can do more than dat...

Hmmm...today was pretty buzy until now...i'm helping my mom cook for our kenduri doa selamat tomorrow kat masjid perumahan cni...so, byk kne masak...penat gler...sambil2 i tolong my mom masak, mcm biaselah, keje opis still kne settlekan...terpakselah buat 3d drawing sambil2 potong bawang...my mouse and keyboard bau bawang!!! i hate it!!

Dh xlarat ni...today mampu tulis short blog jer...the conclusion is i dah tamat tempoh detox plan i...just mampu bertahan 5hari...satu pencapaian yg memberangsangkan...next time i can do better!! chaiyok!!!

DETOX DAY 3

HA.HA.HA...

Dah day 3...and i' still ok with my detox...tapi actually dh gigil satu badan...huhu...today is saturday...work half day...pagi tadi before p keje, i breakfast a glass of nestum..then zoom p keje...kat opis, drg tgh breakfast TERBAIK!!! bihun siam, mee goreng, and nasi lemak...my bos bli kan...then my boss offer me makan skali, but i trpakse tolak...my bos ckp, "makanlah skit, fried fish ball tu ker...' Ipandang kat makanan yg menyelerakan tu, melonjak nafsu bler tgk...agak lame brfikir tuk jwb pelawaan tu...nak makan skit ker, nak tolak...haisyyhh...susahnyerrr~ 5minutes later...i disedarkan oleh my bos kerane trmenung pjg tgk fried fish ball tu...i trus jawab, "NO!! no thanx bos.." then trus p toilet lagi...

Arini kat opis, toilet mmg menjadi teman rapat i...every satu jam, i akan melawat teman rapat i tu...riso kekdg asyk p toilet jer...tp dh nama pun detox diet..mmglh mcm ni...ok, so far my detox diet brjln dgn teratur...the urine was crital clear mcm air suling dh skrg...eiiwwwyeww...gross but dats the fact...if buat detox, 1st and 2nd day mmg keruh urine then after dat trus jernih...then i easy to buang airlh skrg...xkira besar or kecik...my stomach ok..no prob...my body feel very light and refreshingevrytime kuar toilet...air mmg xprnah miss dr tgn...my skin complextion getting moist, xkering mcm b4 this, more energy everytime pas minum air...and paling best skali, gerak skrg lebih pantas sbb ringan...

Side effect for 3rd day, hand shaky, headache senang datang, perut berbunyi2 klo berenggang dgn air, smelly breath and terpakse rajin berus gigi, and mood swing...causes by unstabil electrolisis in my body..humm...sambung blek citer diary td...then pas blek keje trus p shopping kat pasar borong... DAMN LOVE P PASAR!!!! suka tgk sume brg2 fresh...geram...sayur hijau2, buah shiny2, ikan fresh2...rase mcm nk mkn semua...huhu...i p pasar sbb nk bli my detox food..huhu...arini i telah borong 10biji lemon dgn tanpa pkr panjang...I LOVE LEMONNNN!!! pas dh shopping, trus blek rumah and merehatkan dri...

Lunch today is chicken mushroom soup and detox lemon tea...best...not forgetting watermelon slice...3slice i kebas...lapo punyer pasal..huhu..then kat ats dapur gas, ternampak sesuatu...i pun p and bukak periuk... WAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!! PATIN TEMPOYAK CILI PADI!!!!! kecur ayak liok!! pikir panjang..."aduhh...sedapnyerr...lauk ni dhlah jarang mak masak...hummm mcm mane ni..." xleh tahan lah...huhuhu...akhirnyer, dh xdpt tahan lagi, i pun mencuri sepotong ikan patin dan menggatah ikan sahaja...haha.. "mcm kucing curi ikan"....i know detox xbleh makan ape2 benda solid, tapi sori too say lah, terpakse jamah tekak dgn ikan patin ni gak...klo x kempunan i...after gatah ikan, i trus minum 3gelas lemon detox tea and 2glass of mineral water...kembung perut...rase bersalah kerana makan...

In the evening, i take a glass og lemonade and makan dragonfruit jelly...nyum nyum...cedaappppp~~an hour later, dh bersiap p jog...tetibe hujan dgn lebatnyer...huhh! (sigh)..xjadi p jog...hmmm...ape bleh buat ekk...i pun trus capai skipping rope n skip 50x jer..tu jer yg termampu...huhu...

For dinner tonite...mamam mango dadih with mineral water lagii...hahaha...mesti sape2 yg baca my menu makan ni, bosan..but wat to do...DETOX katekan...ok...before tido kang mcm biaselh...detox tea lagi...esok pagi sure buat appoitment dgn kawan rapat sy...Mr. T...

She's using weight watcher diet...huhu...mmglah sure turun...tapi leceh gler nk kire every single kalori yg masuk kuar dlm badan...klo rajin, bolehlh buat...

DETOX DAY 2

Day 2 of detox program...

Malam td starting from 3am until 8am, i asyk kuar masuk toilet jer...seksa gler perut...sampai merah2 muka menahan seksa sakit perut...xleh tdo spjg malam melayankan perut digodak ni...mcm makan julab pulak rasenyer...

Terlambat p opis sebab lame sgt bertapa dlm toilet...sebelum p opis minum apple cider vinegar dlu...mase p dapur nampak kuey tiaw basah dlm periuk...ya allahhhh...fav i tu...betol2 menduga sgt3...trus pejam mate n brsiap p opis...sampai kt opis plak, opis mate tgh breakfast...mee goreng...wuhuu...baunyer sgt mengugat iman...saboooo jer lahhh...tahan anne...lagi 5ari jer....gluk3...telan mineral water byk2....

Lunch hour td i just makan mushroom soup and minum green apple juice...terpakse makan brasing dgn opismate coz drg bwk bekal sedap2...haiiihhh....seksanyer...ni baru fruit juice detox, belum lemonade detox yg beyonce buat tu...lg seksa i rs...

In the evening, my hands getting shaky...minum lebih dr sepuluh gelas air, tp my breath still smelly...truk betol effect detox ni...jln pun zig zag...tgh buat drawing, headache mula terase...bdn lemah gak...tp plg benci bau nafas xbest...minum air byk2 pun xleh hlg...ni lah bau perut manusia yg makan mcm2 agaknyer...

Pas blek keje, singgah shopping jap kat farmasi...huhuhu...my fav place...guardian and watson...bler lalu kat junk food rack, xtemptating lgsg dgn bende2 tu...xksh pun klo hdp tanpa jajan...

Dinner time...around 8pm, i just makan mushroom soup n minum byk2 mineral water...lapa gak..tp control...my mom blek keje trus masak...lauk best giler...ikan patin tempoyak cili padi....aduuuuhhhhhhhh.....nape lh masak best2 time i ngah detox mcm ni...time i xdetox, xde plak mknn best2 mcm ni....then my mom ckp sok die nk msk ikan sembilang asam pedas lagi....aritu i dh leh lupekn sbb xleh mkn, tp esok my mom saje nk msk lauk fav i...haiiishhh....

Trus masuk bilik and terperap dlm bilik...pikirkan esok menu ape pulak tuk detox i...esok i akan prepare dadih mango and watermelon juice for my lunch and chicken mushroom soup with honey dew melon juice for my dinner...wahhh...dh plan dh menu tuk esok...huhuhu....

OK, need to go to bed early coz i'm working on saturday, tomorrow....before go to bed, i minum lagi detox tea so dat pagi esok kuar segala kekotoran yg ade....day 2 dh terase lemah gak lah...tp berusaha jugak tuk dptkan 7ari...wish me luck.

DETOX DAY 1

Ok...today is the day 1 challenge...nothing much lah...pagi before p keje minum satu gelas air suam campur dgn apple cider vinegar...euwwhh...mmg gross rs die...tapi telan jerlh....kepada yg xth khasiat apple cider ni, let me tell u...apple cider ni brfungsi tuk bersihkan colon2 usus kt...percaya or tidak, I DO BELIEVE IT AFTER I TAKE IT...the whole day time keje siang td, dari 9am until 6pm, i p toilet 8kali berturut2 dlm satu hari....fuhhhh....mmg berkesan...patutlh dietric syorkn minum apple cider every morning before breakfast...klo dlm program detox mcm skg i tgh lalui ni, lagi digalakkn minum bende ni..tapi siap2lh dgn toilet yg berdekatan...byk buang air jer dr bdn ni...

Disebabkan byk kali p toilet arini, bdn jadi lemah n emosi a bit terganggulh...i agak moody n byk diam arini...xthlh nape...tp xde mood nk ckp....but good news is arini i berjaya trained myself minum more than 7glass water per day...xtermasuk minum fruit juices for lunch n dinner...klo kurang minum air, badan senang dehidrated...mulut pun senang berbau...so knelh spare mineral water slalu...

Lunch hour td i just ambik carrot juice kosong n suam....for makan i just mkn bubur sum sum jer...actually kenyang dasyat...tp kenyang cecairlh...pham2lh kenyang air camne, kenyang kejap jer...Then pkul 4pm, my opismate p borong kopok lekor, pisang goreng, cekodok n mcm2 lagi tuk di makan kt opis...sumpah byk die beli sbb die igtkn xcukup...drg pun mempelawa i makan...i trpakse tolak....ni dugaan ni...perut tgh keroncong mak yung, bau menyelerakan pulak tu...meja blakang i jer...tapi i cepat2 tegur air byk2 bg kenyang...aduhhh...seksa gak...dak2 opis perli2 i...diet konon...huhuhu, 'ex squeeze me', i'm not diet ok...i'm detoxifying myself...

Pkul 6.30pm, trus zoom blek rumah...sampai rumah pulak, adik tgh makan nasi goreng n ayam goreng besar....wuuuhuuuuu....SGT TERGUGAT....i trus capai towel n terjun dlm toilet...lupekan bau2 itu...then tringat my mom suruh panaskn lauk pagi td...pas mandi i p panaskn lauk...fuh lamak...ikan sembilang masak asam pedas....aduhaiii...dugaan lagi...i panaskn lauk n trus p on laptop tuk buat keje....bler lauk tgh mendidih, satu rumah bau asam pedas...bau2an itu menyelinap masuk ke bilik i tanpa segan silunyer....aduhhh...kuat betol keroncong dlm perut ni...i trus p dapurrr....trus ttp api dapur...dan menggeleng kepale...dlm ati berkate, ''relax, baru day 1...xkan dh give up...''

Dinner time..trus p fridge mengambil green apple juice tuk di minum...trus brlari masuk bilik sebab xnk dok lame2 kat dapur...bahayer....wawawawa....buat keje smbil minum juice....symptom2 ari pertama ni xrs sgt...i just byk brkelakuan pelik jer...sbb nk control unstable mood ni...tgn gigil dowwww...buat drawing pun asyk slh tekan mouse n keyboard...
