i do maintain ma figure..

rupa2nyer slimming product tu di 'band' coz terdapat dadah berlebihan
NP TRIMZ & KLENZ..
masuk tv 3 (360 program)
i trus xdpt stock tuk bulan seterusnyer..




naik sem 3..
i mula telan slimming product..
i do swear yang bende tu sooo work!!!
i jadi more slimmer..
plus i dah xsentuh nasi langsung..
boleh bertahan coz product tu mengenyangkan..

sem yang same tp time final exam..
dah pulih dari sakit..
so selera makan di qada' kan balik..
badan pun macam kne pump..

time sem 2, i trus susut coz time tu diserang penyakit pelik sikit..
so pasal makan, mmg xpeduli langsung..
sampai kne remind time makan..

bler masuk u, makin stress..
xsangke i trus xslere nak makam coz stress dasyat..
muke pun bengkak..
time tu shocking kot dapat keje yg over limit banyaknyer..

memory paling menyeronokkan coz dah tamat zaman persekolahan..
xpayah dengar budak2 ejek2 pasal ma figre lagi..
time tu i susut sikit tapi flabby still ade..
bekas otot2 i active tarian n kadet dlu..
hmm..
then i byk lepak n bercuti2 satu malaysia..jalan2 time..
makan pun neva control..



ni zaman2 badan i form 5..
i dah mula realize yang malu klo pompuan badan gemok n besar..
i do realize yang i ni pompan, bukan lelaki..
so i cume ubah ma personality..
at the same time i berusaha nak losing weight..

tapi nafsu makan dah kuranglah..
hari2 pegi blek sekolah ambik mase sejam, naik 2x bas..
jalan kaki naik bukit coz sekolah teknik i ats bukit yg curam...

i sgt xsuke perempuan..
to me dat time sume pompan bitches n lembik..
i really proud the badan sasa i time tu..
i also dont want 'boobies'..
malu klo ade..

everybody love make fun of ma figure..
gemok lah, tong lah, buntal lah, debab lah, etc..
tapi i xkisah coz i love the way i are..
i sgt suka makan..
cikgu pernah tanye hobi i, n i jawab i suke makan..
honestly..


ni time i dah umo 6 years old...
kan ma mom dah agak dah..
i makin buruk...


this is me at age 4 or 5 years old...
ma mom used to register me in a kids modelling agency until i 6 years old..
pas i kne kicked out from dat agency coz badan i makin gemok, ma mom trus putus harapan tuk daftarkan mane2 agency lagi coz ma figure getting ugly n more ugly...

O.M.G!!!!!

Dah seminggu i dalam program diet i...
Wanna know what??!!!!
Last week ma weight was around 65kg..
But today, after a week control ma meal n exercise almost every evening...
I LOST 3 KG!!!!
INCREDIBLE???!!!
but i do not cepat satisfy with datlaaa...
still not achieving ma target...
i still need to work harder so dat i can burn another 13 or 12 kg..
huuhhh....
really hardddd....
tapi xpe..slow2...
now, i do believe yang i can lose 3 kg in a week..
chaiyuk!!!
I CAN DO IT!!!!


Let me share somethin...
sepanjang seminggu ni...
i control ma calories quantity everything yang i ate..
i list kan ape yang i makan setiap hari and tampal kat pintu almari i..
i dont give a shit if orang nak gelak setiap kali tengok list tu..
so...
dengan list down ape yang kite makan..
kite nampak ape yang elok or yang xelok tuk badan kite..
make sure we do take all fiber,protein,vitamins n segala yang penting for generate our energy...
Less oily food..
less animal fats..
less sugar or artifical stuff...
focus on 2000 calories for normal teenager girlz aged 20-30..
Do not more than that!!! it will make you similar with Ugly BAG FULL OF FATS!!!

Ramadhan Is Coming!!!!



SELAMAT BERPUASA!!!


To me, bulan puase ni selain dari menahan lapar,dahaga or maksiat, kt pun kne experience mcm mane org daif hidup kekurangan bekalan makanan...sebagai kesedaran kpd kita supaya bersyukur dengan ape rezeki yang kt terima...

But for me, alang2 menyeluk pekasam biar sampai ke pangkal lengan...
maksudnyer...
alang2 kita menghayati erti ramadhan tu...
diet sihat jangan tunggang langgang plak..
sahur n buka we should take a small quantity but if we sahur beberapa jam sebelum subuh, we digalakkan ambik quantity lebih sikit..
Syaitan pun xbley hasut kita tuk makan banyak..
It's all depends on ourselves...
Syaitan semua dah di ikat..
if we can't control our nafsu makan, conferm2 salah sendri...
jgn bagi alasan kerana nafsu...


Me plak, i sahur around 1 or 2 am...i do ambik small quantity meal..
buka puase pun same...skit je coz kita makan after pkul 7pm..
tp ingat!!! ni petua diet for those people 60kg above n mengidap berat badan yang tak sesuai dgn tinggi....(macam i...huhuhuhu)

Ma mom bought it for me..
She was sooo damn happy when i told her i'm on ma diet program coz before dis she love to call me "gemok"..
