Yesterday, i am SSSOOOOOO PIIISSEEDDD OFFF dgn kerja Archy i...then i decided tuk do my hobby as usual lah, practising my confectionery skill...i xdelah hebat mane buat mende2 ni,tapi dh sebab minat dari kecik mmg memasak and baking....dah masuk dapur tolong mak dr umo 4tahun lagi....biler dh besar, jadi addicted dgn dapur...oops!! meleret plak...k, sambung blek tadi...so i blek keje jer trus lenjan ke kedai jual barang2 bakery....i shop and shop and shop sampai i puas...coz dat day i decided to release my serabot kpale dgn buat CHOCOLATE OREO TRUFFLE....
Agak lame ar buat mende ni coz remeh sket klo buat sesorg xde assistant kt dapur...tapi klo kite suke buat, kt xkesah brape lame pon mase yg di prlukan coz it will bring the joys and happy2 hours spjg process buat bende2 yg kt suke...mcm kes truffle ni, agk letih buat tapi result die i satisfied and hepi sgt....
HERE IT IS!! my truffles...memang messylah for beginner yg xprnah join ape2 klas bt truffle b4 this...but i dont give a shit coz this is a TRUFFLE... ape mksud truffle tu?? cari sendri kat Google...yg penting name die berasal dr FUNGUS...rupe die mcm fungus mushroom..memang hodoh ar..tapi biler masok mulut memang xbrenti2 ar nk mkn lagi..
i buat 50biji dlm ms 3jam...then pagi tadi bagi pade org2 tersayang, my truffle tinggal 8biji jer...i memang suke sgt buat bende2 confectionery ni tapi i xbrape suke makan....so, lucky me..xdelah i yg buat i yg giler mkn sendri....
but so far feedback truffle ni dr org2 yg merasenyer, sume memang ikhlas cakap sedap and mintak i buat klo drg nk tempah...humm...klo pasal tempahan ni, payah sket coz mase kurg ade...just done these as my hobby and practise...belum tuk serious lg...
hahaha...balance choco yg ade lagi, i buat homemade choco...xmo membazir bahan, so kne jadi creative and productive sket...
and packed up my sweety in de tuppawear tuk di beri pade org2 for taster...free jer bagi org2 rs...buat truffle prlukan budget agk besar, but for me, i dont care...as long as i hepi buat bende ni n puas ati bler org suke makan ape yg i buat sbb sedap.....
i bagi some of my truffle to walee's family....my walee booboo addicted with my truffle...so as my family too...xleyh brenti makan bende alah ni...
Mcm mane rase nyer?? luar truffle i coating dgn first grade cooking chocolate and the coating turned crispy bler dh di sejukkan...so yg inner die pulak adelah soft chocolaty oreo mixed wit cream cheese...yumyum....so soooftt and melting dlm mulut biler makan...akan rs kepuasan n terpancar hepi kat muke makan truffle ni...
okeyh...done my truffle experiment...next time i will try to practise truffle with filling centre using either almond or marshmellow or melting candy or wat so ever lah....
but my next experiment will be the PRETZEL, CAKEBALL AND try lagi buat MACAROONS smp berjaya...sumpah payah macaroon ni....but i will never give up!! GO DIANE !! PRACTISE LAGI !!
