1) yang paling 'SERONOK' sgt skg ni, kedua2 my arms xboleyh nak angkat sebab bengkak beberape ari men weight lifting...mcm nk nanges saketnyer! bler tanyer ngan my boyfriend, nape jd camni, he told me " tu normal lah~ muscle u dh vibrate dh tuh...pecahkan lemak2 kt tgn tu...alahh...kejap jew saket tu...esok luse baeklh.." yup...he's right! my underarms tricep getting less flabby than before... saket pon surut sikit2...
2)tension giler semalam ms p pasar nk beli chicken breast, MAHAL SEY!!!! 2ketol jew dh RM10 HENGGET!!! aduhh...baru igt nk rajinkn dri mkn chicken breast, tp bler tgk harga mahal sgt, i think i prefer stick ngan my yong taufu jewlah...but i bought gak chicken breast tu semalam...coz nk buat tapaw lunch kt office nnti.... i nk buat steamed springroll gne inti veges n boiled chicken breast...
3) p gatal2 ikot adik i nak penimbang padahak baru jew timbang kelmarin... arituh 63.9kilo tp smlm naek tgk dh turun kpd 63.5kilo dlm ms sehari dua jew...ok, cool coz my target is losing 1kilo 1week.... biar nampak turun sket2 stp kali naek timbang...xdelh frust sgt bler tgk scale makin naek evrytime naek biler bt crash diet or yoyo diet...dgn cara ni boleh tgk diet i ni yoyo or x....
4) MY PINK NIKE SHOES ALREADY FOUND LAST NITE!!!! YEEEAAYYY!!!! dats y blek keje kang trus hit gym....yeah!! nk buat marathon p gym 5ari berturut2 ni...nk lenjan buat cardio ngan weight lifting selagi blom bln pose ni!
Okay now! for my Day-6 menu:
BREAKFAST: 1 bowl of plain oat as usual...booowwwriingg...tp kne telan gak~~
plenty of plain water for drinks to cover blek mual tekak...
LUNCH: 1 small bowl of baked beans with tomatoe sauce + 2 sausage + 3 prawnball
(cooked in microwave)
plain water for drinks..
DINNER: yup...oat oat oat...tapi kali ni letak cinnamon powder sket...
HL milk for tonite drinks before going to sleep...
ACTIVITIES: mcm i ckp td, di sebabkn kasut kesayangan dh jumpe balek, it is time to hit back the gym!!! nekad nk marathon gym 5days terus (today, tomrrw, friday, saturday & sunday)...isnin buat homework out jew kot~
8days more to go with my detox plan here...nk kate detox pon xgak bler tgk blek menu bbrape ari ni...haisyh...xpelh..ni combination Detox ngan Weight Watcher plan...arghh! xkesahlh apepon name plannyer...yg penting i xstarve n x trjebak dgn yoyo diet! plg penting delh consistency watching & controlling out input and output calories~~
