LUNCH: seyes xde idea ape nk lunch arini sbb akn kuar lunch kt luar...tu yang bahayenyer!! but for me klo dh susah sgt nk lunch ape maybe xkuar opis n makan biskut oatmeal cecah milo ngan mushroom soup~
DINNER: boiled chicken breast + butterhead tomatoe salad + sausage + soy milk
SNACK: di sebabkan menu arini terlalu low calorie, for snack i akn ambk green apple & papaya...asalkan perut xkeroncong lapar~
ACTIVITIES: xleyh nak p gym sbb nak healkan blek tisu2 muscles ni, so blek keje kang buat 20mins TABATA workout, skipping & weight lifting jew~
My boyfriend told me that normal & baguslah klo otot2 kt sengal & sakit pas workout, dats mean our workout is effective~ so teruskan, dont stop! hummm...nak tahu betol ker x ape yg die cakap, i search kt tenet:
1) Sore Muscles? Don't Stop Exercising
Delayed onset muscle soreness is common after exercise and usually means your muscles are getting stronger.
"The muscle discomfort is simply a symptom of using your muscles and placing stresses on them that are leading to adaptations to make them stronger and better able to perform the task the next time."

2) This muscles soreness is most frequently felt when u begain a new exercise program.. Delayed onset muscle soreness is thought to be a result of microscopic tearing of the muscle fibers. The amount of tearing ( and soreness) depends on how hard and how long u exercise and what type of exercise u do..

3) You would need at least 8 hours to feel this kind of muscle soreness. You might end a workout feeling satisfied; but eventually soreness would seep into your muscles the following morning. Many people have this opinion that this ‘next-day’ muscle soreness is due to lactic acid built up in the muscles. That is not true because lactic acid will usually disappear an hour after the exercise. Next-day muscle soreness is merely caused by the damage of muscle fibre.

4) 24 hours to 48 hours after a hard workout, most people begin to experience soreness in the body parts trained. This is called Delayed Onset MuscleSoreness, or DOMS.DOMS is caused by tiny microscopic tears that occur in the muscle as a result of high intensity exercise (such as weight training, intense cycling, etc). After the workout, the muscle begins to rebuild itself (provided it is allowed enough time and nutrients to recover). This is the rebuilding process which creates new muscle that is bigger and stronger than before. In other words, your muscles are growing.DOMS pain is different from the burning sensation and pump you feel during a workout and also different from the pain you get from an injury. DOMS is often used as an indication of a productive workout as it means you’ve trained intensely enough to break down muscle tissue.. and now, as a result, you will be rewarded with new muscle growth.
