Not so new me mase ari raye arituh...
( berat byk turun tp figure xnmpk kurus sebab byk lemak2 tepu kne burn but at least im a lil bit fitter than before~)
bler tgk gambar sendri raye kali ni, xdelh rase embarassing sgt coz bdn xberape boyot raye kali ni...nak menten bdn sepjg raye?? fuhlamak! mmg trangkat dri biler ngadap makanan best2 ari2!!! naek gak ar berat bdn ni...ni bukti i makin mengemok selepas cuti raye semggu!!! makan byk nauzubillah & seminggu gak x exercise!! proses merosakkan badan sepanjang raye~
ni plak progress berat i sepjg ogos arituh yg evry week i record...
ni overall my record dr tahun lepas bout my weight progress....sume dicatat dgn jujur...xde men tipu2...sbb klo men tipu xnmpk ar real progress...
And disebabkan i makin menggemok pas raye, i WAJIB workout more hard!! hardcore workout kat gym belum start lagi coz ade bbrape faktor yg menghalang... i dh expect dah weight gaining pas naek raye ni & xdelah trkejot sgt bler naek scale...ms pagi raye i xmampu achieve my weight target iaitu 60 kg, just mampu lose until 60.6kg jew...xpelah..slow2...tp bler dh naek sbyk 0.9kg, agak gerun gak ar....susah dah nk restart blek healthy eating and exercise ni....kne push dri lagi pas raye ni....
NO PAIN NO SUCCESS!!! I MISS MY GYM!!!!!!
