entahlah~ mmg malas giler perasaan arini rase~
Update short2 jew sudeyh...cube merajinkan diri....
** still on my oatmeal diet....
** still controlling my low calorie intake....
** achieved my target sepanjang hitting gym on weekend aritu (wlwpn dh lame malasa p gym)
~ Saturday: burns 650kcal....
~ Sunday : burns 810kcal....
(hepi sgt smp nk lompat biler tgk fitness makin increase)
** im losing almost 58.9kg rite now... give a pat to myself for de hardwork...
(mesti korg xcaye kan my weight dh smp level tu...coz i pon xcaye... nk swoh i buktikan dgn gambar?? boleyh, tp nnti dlu lah eh....)
Becoz rite this week i nk lose totally 58.0 kg....klo takat 58.9kg tu belom bleyh tuk tayang lagi ar gambarnyew~~
Wish me de best & luck for this week~ harap2 i dapat capai 58.0kg by this Sunday....
