BREAKFAST:
(rolled oat, protein shake & add some of yr fav fruits)
LUNCH:
( Oven grilled Fish with mustard & herbs seasoning, boiled broccoli & scramble white eggs with peppers onion)
BEFORE & AFTER HITTING GYM:
(i take my protein shake...remember gurlz, dont ever attempt to try taking protein shake if u gurls still beginner at gym & doesnt done any hardcore workout...please...this protein shake for those who only do TOTALLY hard workouts..jangan salah guna...klo korg salah guna pastu korang gemok sbb ambk bnde ni, jgn salah kan i)
TEA TIME:
(Banana & Chocolate Rice Muffins..yummy!!)
*rupe muffin yang paling malas i pernah buat...khikhi~
DINNER:
(rolled oats, soy milkshake & banana slices....)
SUPPER:
APPLE!!!!!
