Hari Ke2 Detox~

Kalau mane2 u guys yang dah follow up my blog dari awal lose weight journey i, i jarang skip breakfast bcoz breakfast ni yang buat kita lose weight faster...Jadi kali ni i nk show to u guys stock2 breakfast i kat opis...


Ni last week punyer stock breakfast....



Ni plak arini punyer stock breakfast sebab yang last week punyer dah abes~

Seriously i kuat makan breakfast & morning snack!!! sebab tu setiap minggu kene refill jew~ huhuhuu~


I nak share wit u guys about my Oat Detox Diet ni...14ari jew, xlame pon...
Ramai tanyew i, oat ape yang i ambek selalunyew...
Let me show u guys here:



I lagi selesa ambek rolled oat..coz ape yang i pham, lagi kasar oat tu, lagi tggi benefits nyew...i tengah nak cari steel cut oat sebab tu laaaaaggiiiii bagus dari rolled oat..dan laaaaaagggiiii kasar & sebijik2 mcm batu2 kecik klo nak compare dengan rolled oat ni...



Tengok texture rolled oat ni...
Kalau i tell u guys makan oat ni lebih tahan lapar lagi lame dr fine oat (quaker oat etc), korang percaye x??
tengok texture die pon mesti korang boleyh tahu brape cepat kenyangnyew makan oat ni & lambat nak lapar balik...


I dah setahun ambek rolled oat ni...tapi tahun2 sebelum ni i rajin makan oat tp oat yang fine texture tulah....
mase tu knowledge cetek lagi pasal oat2 ni...


Ni plak lunch i tadi...bukan ar niat i nak lunch sayur jew (konon2 diet kew??) xde maknenyew...I ni amalkan balance diet, tapi disebabkan kat soket lauk2 kedai makan yang i pegi ni 98% sume lauk berminyak & bersantan, i just nampak sayur2 jew lah yang masak air...rupa2nyew i silap besar!! even sayur masak air die pon berminyak mase i makan tu!!! ni menjadikan 100% lauk pauk kt ctu seeeeemuuuaaaa berminyak!!! demmit!! dahlah berminyak, MASIN TAHAP DEWA 7LANGIT PULAK TUHHH!!! 10tan garam & ajinamoto ape die p letak dlm sayur tu???
Terus tertutup selera nak makan sebab sakit & pening kepale makan lauk sayur masak air yang masin!!! 



Disebabkan xde pilihan & dah terbeli, terpakse telan ar...tu pon xmampu i nak abeskan..yang mane sayur die yg kurang masin tu, i makan...yg mne masin giler2 tu i terpakse buang sbb kepale berdenyut makan bende masin!
(**pengajaran utk diane: tu laaaa~~ dah cakap dah...masak & tapaw mcm biase utk lunch...tapi malas kann?? kan dah kene...wlwpn i cuti sehari utk xmasak & tapaw lunch sendri, kekesalan yang besar rase kt diri ni...rosak detox i!!! )

Biler dah pening sakat disebabkan masin sgt, abes 2botol besar i telan air kosong~ baru lega & hilang pening kpale~~

Berbalik semula pasal oat tadi...
Ramai yang mintak i resepi untuk oat...
I rase entries2 i sebelum ni ade kot contoh2 hidangan oat yang i pernah buat...
try u guys check...

Tapi xpe, i attachkan beberape contoh gambar hidangan oat yang u guys boleyh buat...sebenarnyew ikut kreativiti masing2...klo u guys ade idea2 resepi oat yang best2, commentlah kat FB or blogger i ni.. Interested to know...


Oat + fresh & dried fruits



oats muffin

oats pancakes
(tapi avoidlah letak gula or butter yeww~)


oat malas (mcm i pernah buat)
oat + susu or soya + raisins


ni pun i pernah buat...
oat + cinnamon powder + apple chunkies + almonds


yup...ni pon dah slalu i buat...
oat + plain yogurt + fresh fruits


oat + bananas & berries


oat cookies..

oat bars

and much2 more actually....

nak lagi resepi2 oat??

As for my opinion, lagi simple oat dish u buat, lagi low calories & healthy it will be...same macam nasi jugak, klo nasi putih tu low calories & tetibe u guys p letak macam2 bagi sedap lagi, memang tinggilah calories die...same gak mcm oat ni...the more plain u eat the oats, de better it will be....
