Tabata u guys kne buat laju2 taw...bukan slow2 macam coach dlm video ni buat..die buat slow2 sbb die nak ajar u guys...tabata ni bermaksud heart beat yang tinggi when doing 'hell' hard workout...tabata boleyh guna untuk mane2 & ape2 jew exercise... Kalo macam i, i akan make sure dlm hp or mp3 i ade Tabata Timer sbb i boleyh gne timer tu untuk buat tabata kat mane2...kat rumah kew, kat opis kew , kt gym kew or on my vacation....Dalam mase 4mins u can burn almost 800kcal or more if u do it properly...
