Setelah 2minggu berayae sakan tanpa memikirkan pasal berat badan, akhirnyer berat naek until 63kg skg...SEDIHHHHH!!!!! ape nak buat??? buat Oatmeal Diet blek ar tuk clensing process~ i trpakse start balik oat diet by today....agak susah nk start blek~ seksa sbb dh lame makan sedap2 tetibe kne telan oat kosong blek selame bbrape mggu....
Day 1
Breakfast: 1 glass soy milk + K flakes...
Morng Snack: 2bars of almond granola
Lunch: 1 glass soy milk + K flakes again....
(malas nk kuar sbb ngantok)
Eve Snack: 1 glass soy milk...
Dinner: 1 bowl Oat + green apple + yogurt...
**so, i kne start semula my clenz diet ni to clean my inner system before starting to eat my balance meal mcm bulan2 yg lepas~ im still doing indoor & outdoor workout...
