MY TRAINING NEEDS

Ade beberape items lagi yang i need to have to fullfill my training needs... sbb bende2 ni sgt penting...ape lagi klo kat gym tu xde pompan tuk dibuat member borak2...kekdang bleyh mati bosan bler dikelilingi 'lelaki' buff2 keliling i kat gym tuh...bukan ape, segan nk rapat2 tuk jadi mmber..tegur2 sikit tu adelah...

So, biler pikir blek, ade lagi bende2 yg xcomplete evrytime i p gym...
Bende2 yg wajib ade...
Seperti

1) Training Earphone : Klo dikirakan balek, dan 2x earphone for my mp3 rosak sbb masuk air a.k.a peluh time training...bengang gak...arini nak kne p beli lagi~~~naseb baek mp3 xrosak...huisyyhhh~ jgn~ mp3 pink hadiah dari booboo sayang tuh~ klo rosak mati makkk ni ooiiiii~~~~ Arm wrist tuk letak mp3 pon xtahu nk bli ker x? rs mcm xperlu beli sbb biler pkai arm wrist, dah susah plak nk buat bicep training.... klo nak sangkut, mp3 xde pin...klo nk gantung, susah plak nk brlari...ade idea x??





2) Sport Shoe: Ha!! ni ha jah! NIKE AIR MAX ni~~ entah biler i nak beli tah...padehal xdelah mahal sgt~~~ cume duet byk lari ke tempat laen jew~~~ nak harapkan satu jew Nike Sport shoe i tu, memang bau harum ar klo xprnah switch2 pkai...i need another one sport shoe ( training & running shoe)....



3) Gymboss Interval Timer : ni sekor lagi bende yg xleyh xde...wajib bende ni ade...klo bende ni xde, i terpakse depends kt workout machine tuk tahu bape i burn arini...penting ni sbb ari2 nk kne catit dlm workout diary.... klo ade bnde ni, dpt exact amount brape kt burn per shot!



4) Training Glove: Dah setengah tahun i buat weight training without using glove....ha!! ambek ko jah! tipah! senah! kematu kulit celah2 jari i!! sbb ari2 brgesel dgn tekanan beban tu.... mmg cari nahas xpkai bende ni klo bt weight training ari2....



5) Protein Shake: Di sebabkan i dh lame sgt buat low carbs diet and harapkan protein just dari soya, tenusu & tempe, my coach recommand me to drink protein shake everyday... especially pre-workout meal ( yg selalunyer i just makan pisang sebijik or energy bar tuk energy)
bende ni ade jual kt GNC blakang umah i.... mmg senang nk cari....cume pulus belom cukup nk beli bnde ni~ hahaha~ xpe, otw nih~~



6) Training Outfit: Setakat ni i pkai baju sport biase2 jew...belom confident nk pkai syntetic punyer outfit yg lekat2 kt badan tu...walaupn i tgk adelah minah2 yg xprnh dtg gym, yg hangat2 taik ayam nk men gym, pkai baju & kasut sports mahal2....tapi datang nyer sehari dua jew....sok luse terus hilang dah....bulan2 dpn pon hilang xdtg2 lg...pape jewlah...baek korg bg i baju2 sports mahal tuh.....

Kelmarin, dgn sadisnyew, bag gym i terkoyak dgn "HEBAT" sbb dh lame sgt pkai...beg murah katekan, xtahan lame.... so, knelah kumpul duet lagi tuk beli training beg yg ade brand2 sket...aduhhhh~~~ saket mak, nokk!!
