HEALHTY CHINESE STIR-FRIED VEGGIES
BAHAN2:
1) broccoli, peas, carrot, shitake mushroom, & capsicum
2) shrimp
3) garlic
4) 1 teaspoon olive oil / canola oil
5) 2-3spoon chicken stock
6) lada sulah / peppers
7) Oyster sauce ( klo nak letak, klo xmo letak lagi bagus, sodium tinggi)
CARA2:
Campak jew semua benda dalam non stick pan..then fried until colour & bau die naek...kejap jew..then trus angkat letak dalam pinggan..siap!! WALLLLAH!!
