 Sepanjang Chinese New Year last week i ikot femly i p vacation ker Mersing, Pahang, Terengganu & Kelantan...It was too fun to story!! huhuhu...malas nak crite lebih2 sebab xde pape yang penting...Cume ape yang penting i nak share dengan u guys ape yang i dah buat kat badan i...Seriously, i rosakkan giler badan i sepanjang vacation beberape aritu...I makan macam2!!

Yup, automatically balik dari vacation berat i terus naek 58.9kg....hahhahaha..wowzers! baru makan sedap2 tuk beberape ari berat dah naik 3kg... sebab x exercise....kalo nak harapkan berjalan2 tu, memang xmemadai nak bakar input calories yang i ambek mase tu... So, after naik cuti ni, i get back on track lah...yezz, dah genap 2-3minggu gaklah i xpergi gym... baru semalam i pegi gym & i attached sekali gambar2  semalam kat gym....MANDI PELUHHH!! SGT PUASS!!! selama i xpegi gym, cmne i memaintainkan exercise i?? i buat homeworkout....xkisahlah pasang dvd exercise ker, tabata kew, ape2 jewlah...

Tapi ade sikit Tabata regiment yang i nak share dengan u guys...hope u guys boleyh amalkan setiap hari...macam i selalu cakap lah, xsemestinyer kne pegi gym baru boleyh kurus~

Macam mane I boleyh Jadi GYM FREAK??


Ramai yang tanyer, macam mane i boleyh giler gym?? Macam mane i boleyh konsisten pegi gym tanpa rase bosan??

and these are my tips:

1. KESEDARAN!! macam biase lah yang i dah bagi tawu u guys banyak kali...kalo xde kesedaran tentang health & fitness, jangan cakap nak pegi gym ar, nak bangun dari kerusi sendiri pun malas...nak ambek pen jatuh bawah meja pon, kne pkai kaki...aduhh...kes kronik malas tu~

2. SLOW-SLOW... klo rase baru utk gym ni, mulakan dengan baby steps...xyahlah nak tunjuk hebat sangat...semua bende nak try...beriya2 beno lari ats trademill tu...BERIYA2 sangat lah semangat yang berkobar2 xterkawal & xtentu pasal tu...relexlah...slow2...steady...xyah over excited sgt...sbb from my experience, orang2 yang beriya2 sangat ni, memang xlame lah lekat kat gym...sehari dua tu, then minggu depan & bulan depan dah xjumpe lagi dah muka die kat gym...kne lagi orang2 yang pegi gym niat nak kuruskan badan..HAH! memang xjumpe lagi lah pasni muka die~ hahhahaha~

3. Once dah start pegi gym, jangan STOP!! biler dah rehat 2ari dari gym, ENOUGH!! ari ke3 kne pegi!! kalo xbadan sure akan malas~ semangat kne cekal!! 

4. Ingat...EXERCISE BAGI TENAGA!! bukan memenatkan...alaa...biaselah tu...seminggu dua baru pegi gym, standardlah sakit2 badan sebab tissue muscles koyak dek workout...selame ni xpernah workout kaaann?? biler koyak, die akan ganti dgn tissue muscles baru...kne ingat pesan i lagi, setiap kali kita gain muscles, makin senanglah badan kita nk bakar lemak tu..lagi banyak muscles kita bina, lagi senang body u guys nak fit & pejal...Muscles tu ENGINE FOR FAT BURNER~ dats y xyah makan pill kurus pun xpe...start & panaskan jerlah engine otot2 tu...


5. Jangan MALAS!! kalo rase badan dah start malas nak pegi gym, xpe! buat exercise kat rumah or outdoor...ubah angin...xsemestinya pegi gym, badan boleyh kurus??? xkisahlah buat exercise kt mane2 pun asalkan sehari u guys mampu burn sampai beratus2 calories...mandi peluh ari2 macam buruh indon buat building tu...sebab tu dorang sentiase fit walaupun buruh2 tu makan berkoyan2 (makan banyak~)....

6. Jangan berhenti sebab PENAT, berhenti sebab dah SELESAI!!! kalo terdetik kat ati tu nak brenti sebab dah trcungap2 penat, PANTANG DIANE laaa...klo i ade kat sebelah u guys, selagi xabes workout circuit, selagi tu jangan stop! stop untuk rehat kejap jew..Klo stop gak, DIANE SEBAT BONTOT BERLEMAK U GUYS!! ahaks! guraulah...tapi to be honest, I''m a really strict person biler workout...i focus sepanjang workout~

7. Jangan MENYELEWENG!! dont play-play!! pegi gym bukan untuk bersuka ria or gelak2!! Thats why jugak Diane prefer pegi gym by myself coz i boleh focus lebih...kalo ade kawan kang, nak kne layan die sembanglah ape lah...tapi setakat ni my friends yang ikot i pegi gym, pham cara I yang I susah nak berborak time workout...sbb i xsuke...My workout principle is to GET SERIOUS!! kalo pegi gym utk borak2, sembang2, peluh kuar takat brape titik jew, better xyah datang gym..buang duet...better pegi jog kat park sane...free! nak borak or main2 pon xde org nak marah~ 

8. INVEST sikit~ maksud i, klo u guys betol2 serious nak commit dengan gym, u guys kne invest sikit...macam i, dah banyak jugak duet invest utk gym ni sebab suke punyer pasal...i dah banyak invest kat yuran bulanan gym, kasut mahal sebab lebih selesa, tahan lasak & berkualiti, beli mp3 (sebab belom mampu beli IPOD nano..huhu), workout attire (itupun murah2 punyer), weight training glove, muscle protein shake and some more props lah...Make surelah u guys betol2 commit life dengan gym, bukan untuk temporary jew...klo temporary, tutup crite sudah..I malas nak layan...

9. Nak main weight?? Untuk beginner, u guys dont copy me...sebab i main heavy weight....sebab kenape?? sebab i ambek muscle protein shake, untuk bina otot...otot ape?? lean muscle....otot pejal...bukan otot besar...lagi pon pompan mustahil dapat otot besar2 walau 10 or 20thn die main gym...kne cucuk STEROID barulah dpt bulky itupun xsebesar lelaki....muscle pompan ni comel2 jew...dan jangan beranganlah untuk dapat muscle klo takat main gym setahun dua...itu facts yang i and all girl gymers kne ngadap~ 
For beginner, silalah main light weight okay...angkat ringan2 jew...tapi repeat banyak kali...minimum 60x rep..

10. Jangan bagi banyak ALASAN!! i memang xberkenan nak layan orang2 yang cakap nak fit tapi bagi banyak alasan...xde maselah, xsempatlah, letihlah atau ape2 jewlah....HELOOOOOO~~ do u think i ade mase??? Diane siang keje jadi Jr. Architect & malam i keje jadi private tuition tutor and sometimes i ambek order untuk bakery sebab i bake!! peeeeliiizzzzlahhh jangan bagi alasan...kalo betol2 nak fit & sihat, kne curi mase untuk exercise....I lebih prefer kat gym sebab die indoor...hujan or panas xeffect pape kat workout i....

11. Calories TARGET!! setiap kali workout kat gym, kne target berape arini nak burn...catit kat notebook kecik kalau boleyh...macam I from 200kcal per shot dulu but now i can burn almost 1000++kcal per shot.. Orang2 cakap klo nak workout kat gym, knelah ade limit mase..sejam lebih or max 2jam...tapi pada i, xcukup cara tu...i lebih suka target calories dari target mase...sebab kalo target mase, kite boleyh main tipu (kalo banyak stop & stop lame2 sgt between workout, tu dah kire CHEATING!)...tapi kalo target brape calories kita burn per shot kat gym, camne nak tipu?? tu melambangkan dah brape banyak u guys bakar lemak dlm badan tu...

12. Exersice is for SANITY not VANITY~ maksudnyew pada i dengan amalkan exercise & diet yang betul, bende ni bagi long term advantages...bukan takat kurus jew...die buat i more confident, happy, slim, fit, energetic & macam2..sebab tu i prefer more to exercise than taking any fat burning products...i xnak penuhkan dalam badan i dengan chemical yang mengarut2...Just fikirlah...U guys searchlah facts2 kat internet ape kelebihan exercise kalo start dari muda lagi...As for me, xyahlah search kat internet sebab everytime i pegi gym, i akan jumpe uncle chinese sorang ni yang dah berumur 60 lebih tapi still boleyh lari laju atas trademill & done sooo well in every exercise die buat kat gym tu....biler tanyer, die jawab, die dah memang jadikan exercise habit die dari muda...WOW! No wonder die sangat happy & energetic...sihat semacam kalo nak dibandingkan dengan ayah2 kita...huhu~


So remember girls & guys, kalau rase xboleyh nak commit dengan gym, xperlulah beriya2 nak start pegi daftar gym arini jugak...tanyer diri tu dlu...
Do u really2 can handle it???

p/s: oh ye! before i forgot to tell u, kalo dalam seminggu tu janganlah direct pegi gym...at least adelah sehari or dua ari rehat....cheat a.k.a rest day...tapi jangan lebih2 ari pulak~

Kenape Diet Tak Menjadi??

I pun banyak kali lalui situasi macam ni..even sekarang still berdepan dengan masalah ni...
Nak tawu kenape???

Straight to the point i bagitawu u guys...
1. It is all MATH and this is a fact. It takes 7700 calories untuk lose 1kg fat.. In order to lose 1kg a week you kne burn or deplete 7000 calories. Larat ke buat?? Larat xlarat  semua bergantung kepada kekuatan & pengorbanan diri masing2... Biler nak sesuatu, sometimes kita kne berkorban sikit~






2. Starvation and severe calorie restriction will never work.
 If you eat too little and too infrequently you will slow down your metabolism and train your body to STORE fat. Macam i banyak kali bagitawu u guys, i makan 5-6x sehari (3main 2 or 3 snacks)...bukan susah pun...tapi jangan lah u guys p makan oily2 or salty or sugary foods..Memanglah mengembang badan tu...It is best to spread out your meals into 5-6 mini meals to feed your body and rev your metabolism regularly. It is very dangerous to go under 1200 calories a day ever.



3. Output must exceed input! If you eat more calories then you BURN you WILL GAIN weight…simple kan??
so, lagi banyak output yang u guys dapat burn, lagi cepatlah ringan badan tu..tapi kne ingat...Input jangan kurang dari 1200kcal bagi yang aktif bersenam...klo rase malas nak bersenam, 1000kcal still reasonable tapi badan rase lembik ar... I xsuke badan i lembik & selooowwww coz i wanna be fast, active and LIGAT!!! Lagi satu, pengambilan protein boleyh ambik lebih sikit berbanding dari carbs...Carbs pulak ambik lah yang complex, bukan yang bleach or white carbs... Pengambilan lemak jugak perlu, xyahlah nak anti sangat dengan lemak...Lemak still kne ambik tapi jenis2 lemak yang tertentu dan portion2 tertentu~

OHHH!! Lupe nak bagi tawu, XSEMESTINYER PEGI GYM SAJE BOLEYH KURUS!!! NONSENSE!! xkisah exercise kat mane2 pon yang penting u guys tawu brape kalori u guys boleyh burn dalam sehari~



4. LIES! Jelas, terang and nyata yang pil2 kurus, suppliment or slimming centre tu semua BULLSHIITTT!!! U guys tawu ker yang orang2 yang berjaya tu semua still kne exercise untuk menjayakan product tu?? Yelah, maybe exercise dorang xhardcore macam i tapi sampai biler nak guna product2 tu?? sampai biler nak sumbat chemical2 entah ape2 ke dalam badan kita? I setiap kali tengok iklan2 slimming centre or ade org promote ubat2 kurus ni, I sumpah mencarut terang2 depan bende2 tu!! Bukannyer ape, memang tipu kott...boleyh kew product tu pecahkan selulit & lemak2 tepu ko klo ko xexercise?? ape fungsi exercise tu?? untuk menyusahkan orang? well i dont think soo~~ tapi i xkutok lah diet2 or cara2 lain yang  bullshit  xbrape sihat tu...Masing2 ade cara masing2~ I still dengan cara i, WORKOUT HARD & EAT CLEAN....





5. You have to SWEAT.

Ade 2 maksud...
Pertama: SWEAT dengan intensity workout yang bersesuaian...Kne study ape2 workout yang u guys nak buat & kenal pasti intensity die camne yang berkesan untuk setiap individual...u guys mane yang berani, boleyh try buat my personal workout regiment yang i ade post kat entries2 yang lepas...Try lah tengok 'berkuah' camne badan u guys~ 




Kedua: SWEAT yang takat p sidai baju, berjalan dari bilik ke dapur, naik tangge opis 2tingkat or iron baju sambil berdiri, tu semua bukan peluh yang burn fats u guys..tu semua peluh air yang u guys minum...bukan PELUH LEMAK TERBAKAR~ sebab tu jangan rasa bahagia kalau workout sejam tapi takat berjalan dengan speed & intensity rendah atas trademill tu, dah cukup buat u guys lose weight...NOPE!! U GUYS  ARE WRONG!!! 




6. APPRECIATE....SAYANGI YOUR BODY & HEALTH ....

Ni Mei Mei or Ah Mei...She's only 4-5years old & her weight is only 20-21kg...She's FIT & ACTIVE!!! She's love to exercise...Her dad rajin bawak die hit the gym & be her personal coach... She's totally AWESOMEEEEE~~~ Witness with my very own eyes, these was her workout circuit:

1) Walking & Little Jog on the Trademill
2) Striding the Elliptical
3) Doing 30deg bench crunches
4) Try to play with the jump rope
5) Working her arms with the dumbells
6) Doing pull ups with support of her dad (DEMN IT!! even i xboleyh buat pull ups lagi!)
7) Riding the bicycle
8) Working her abs with Leg Raise
9) Working her back & shoulder using some of weight machines...

OMGiiimmm..... I was AMAZED of her!! she's sooooo coolll~~
I thought anak2 i nanti akan jadi bebudak pertama i akan train kat gym ni, dah ade dulu dah ni...but it's okay...yang ni Chinese, the Malay one u guys will see the awesomeness from my kids (one day) hitting the gym hard...sebab me & my hubby pon memang gym freak...teruklah my kids kne train dengan both of us one day nanti...huhuhu...Yang penting my kids nnti FIT!! Jangan jadi  macam mommy & daddy u guys ni, Ex Obese~ huhuuhu~

"Time lunch hour, saye mesti kuar rehat dengan kawan2 saye...kami akan makanlah kat kedai2 nasi berlauk or mamak or kadang2 fast food...yelahh...ikut tekak masing2 teringin nak makan ape aritu...tapi yang saye ni pulak tengah berdiet...xkan saye nak duduk opis sorang2 xjoin dorang kuar makan...tapi kalo saye join, KOMPOM JAHANAM DIET SAYE!!"

Okay, sekarang ni biar satu2 'kebuntuan' u guys i try to solve according to my experience...

Kes 1:


Nampak xberape tong minyak masak botol besar ni ade depan mate u guys??
For u guys punyer infolah kan, ni stok minyak masak kat rumah i...Gambar ni baru di ambek semalam...
Purata pengunaan minyak masak kat rumah i sepanjang life i adelah lebih kurang 4-5 botol besar stok untuk sebulan or 2bulan ( tengoklah klo family slalu ade kt uma or x) dari survey i lah....Ini bermakne, penggunaan minyak masak dalam masakan family i adelah sangat kerap...Yes! Betol...I xbohong u guys..my family memang rajin masak guna minyak...WAJIB ayat yg lebih sesuai digunakan...What about u guys punyer family?? ade xlebih teruk dari i?? Kalo ade, die mesti pham macam mane life obesiti yang i lalu selame ni...

Just imagine if parent i dah sukeeeee sangat masak guna minyak berbotol2 and u guys boleyh bayangkan sendiri rupe kami adik beradik macam mane...Humm...Memang susah sangat nak avoid dari xmakan masakan mak kita sendiri...Ade banyak reason ar kenape kita xboleyh avoid mak kita masak tapi paling utama adalah xmo dorang kecik ati....kan????

Dari pengalaman i, bertahun2 jugak i cari solution tuk masalah ni...Tapi solution yang i guna until sekarang adelah i memang quaranteen dari makan bersama dengan family JIKALAU my mom masak semua guna minyak..tapi kalo ade hidangan yang x menggunakan minyak, barulah i join dorang...I selalu kne marah dengan parent i sebab makan memilih...then i asked them back, yes! diane makan memang memilih sekarang...i will eat only non oily food ... biler cheat day sahaja diane oleyh jamah sikit oily food... tapi untuk menghormati parent i, i masak sendri makanan i but then i akan join dorg makan sekali (tapi i makan i punyer)...They will see perbezaan jenis hidangan i dgn dorang punyer....but make sure u guys teruskan habit masak sendri ni (tanpa minyak, garam, gula & santan) berterusan kalau x, teruk u guys kne ejek balik dengan family u guys...sure dorang akan cakap u guys hangat2 tahi ayam jew...nanti u guys yang malu sendri...


*hasil anak kecik (little diane) yang xtahu pape dibesarkan dengan makanan berminyak & berlemak....Malu rase sebab budak2 lain semua selim melim**


Untuk Kes 2:

Untuk wanita2 yang dah berkahwin, time nilah u guys nak pupuk anak2 tu makan makanan berkhasiat...ajar dorang makan makanan kurang minyak gula garam & santan...Isteri a.k.a ibu kne pandai & kreatif nak pelbagaikan menu yang berkhasiat...Healthy food is not a boring food to eat every day...Ikut kebijaksanaan para ibu2 nak bagi hidangan tu menarik & dalam masa yang sama sihat..Barulah anak2 tu membesar sihat luar badan, dan cik puan pon bersame husband boleyhlah losing weight & fit skit..Senang nak main kejar2 ngan anak2 nanti...Macan Diane cakap tadilah...pemakanan sihat bermula dari rumah, dari budak tu kecik lagi...Die budak kecik & die xtahu pape..yang die tawu makan jew sbb mak die masak sedap....ape die pikir tentang lemak & minyak??? Ibu2 lah bertanggungjawab dengan kesihatan keluarga sebenarnya....Tapi janganlah ko masak air ari2 cik TEMAH oii....ngamok laki ko nanti~~

Cuba lah macam ni, dalam seminggu ade 7ari...5ari tu masaklah yang healthy2, yang lagi 2 ari tu ha masaklah lauk2 yang korang ngidam sangat....at least 5:2 tu not bad lah...xdelah kejam & teruk sangat diet tu....
Even now me & my hubby (boypren baru, blom kawen lagi..hehehhe)dah lame start cooking healthy dish everyday sebab both of us nak lifestyle yang sihat dari rumah sendri...start sebelum kawen so dat dah kawen, dah tahu step by step nak buat..xyah nak experimen2 lagi....



*bila kanak2 tu semakin dewasa, sel2 lemak yang semakin bertambah disebabkan kebiasaan cara hidup dari kecik, buat individu xtahu how to prevent or avoid OBESITY*

Untuk Kes 3:

Tak salah kalau nak ikut dorang keluar makan, tapi tengoklah kat mane dorang nak makan...tanyer dengan dorang kat mane dorang nak lunch arini...kalo kedai2 nasi berlauk, pilih lauk2 yang sesuai...kalo tak, just do what i do TAPAW aka bawak bekal sendri....masak sendri kat rumah then tapaw sendri...kita sendri masak & kita sendri boleh agak kalori dalam masakan kita sendri...I jarang kuar rehat sebab i selalu tapaw dari rumah...kalo i xsempat, i akan make sure stok makanan kat dlm laci opis ade healthy food...susah sangat kew??? makan bukan just untuk sedap tekak, makan tu ibarat fuel untul badan...xpayah cerewet nak yang sedap2 saje...selalunyer yang sedap tulah banyak kalori...tapi yang healthy tu pon klo kita bijak, boleyh jadi sedap....jangan bagi alasan xsempat tapaw...sebab DIANE xberape nak layan sangat orang banyak alasan ni...coz i'm with my formula:

STOP COMPLAINING, JUST DO IT!!!


 *Bila dah obese, dah payah dah nak jadi normal...macam2 penyakit datang...macam2 orang akan kutuk rupa paras kita...kecian...sometimes ade org obese ni suke sorang2 sebab die malu & segan untuk bergaul....nak ker kita buat kat anak2 kita or diri kita sendri macam tu???*


p/s: even adik2 i semua mengalami masalah obese~~

**More of my tips: Kalo nak join makan dengan sape2 saje yang xberdiet, XSALAH~~ i pun macam tu..i join jew sape2 makan but I then i kne KERAH KAW2 ar workout kat gym~ if let say arini i makan 1800kcal, so malam kat gym i balas dendam workout burn until 1000++kcal setakat mane yang i larat...biar org nak cakap i overtraining, yang penting i tawu i dah makan bende xelok untuk badan i & i need to flush it TODAY!!! i xmo 'die' duduk bersarang dalam badan i walaupun semalaman....
