Macam mane I boleyh Jadi GYM FREAK??


Ramai yang tanyer, macam mane i boleyh giler gym?? Macam mane i boleyh konsisten pegi gym tanpa rase bosan??

and these are my tips:

1. KESEDARAN!! macam biase lah yang i dah bagi tawu u guys banyak kali...kalo xde kesedaran tentang health & fitness, jangan cakap nak pegi gym ar, nak bangun dari kerusi sendiri pun malas...nak ambek pen jatuh bawah meja pon, kne pkai kaki...aduhh...kes kronik malas tu~

2. SLOW-SLOW... klo rase baru utk gym ni, mulakan dengan baby steps...xyahlah nak tunjuk hebat sangat...semua bende nak try...beriya2 beno lari ats trademill tu...BERIYA2 sangat lah semangat yang berkobar2 xterkawal & xtentu pasal tu...relexlah...slow2...steady...xyah over excited sgt...sbb from my experience, orang2 yang beriya2 sangat ni, memang xlame lah lekat kat gym...sehari dua tu, then minggu depan & bulan depan dah xjumpe lagi dah muka die kat gym...kne lagi orang2 yang pegi gym niat nak kuruskan badan..HAH! memang xjumpe lagi lah pasni muka die~ hahhahaha~

3. Once dah start pegi gym, jangan STOP!! biler dah rehat 2ari dari gym, ENOUGH!! ari ke3 kne pegi!! kalo xbadan sure akan malas~ semangat kne cekal!! 

4. Ingat...EXERCISE BAGI TENAGA!! bukan memenatkan...alaa...biaselah tu...seminggu dua baru pegi gym, standardlah sakit2 badan sebab tissue muscles koyak dek workout...selame ni xpernah workout kaaann?? biler koyak, die akan ganti dgn tissue muscles baru...kne ingat pesan i lagi, setiap kali kita gain muscles, makin senanglah badan kita nk bakar lemak tu..lagi banyak muscles kita bina, lagi senang body u guys nak fit & pejal...Muscles tu ENGINE FOR FAT BURNER~ dats y xyah makan pill kurus pun xpe...start & panaskan jerlah engine otot2 tu...


5. Jangan MALAS!! kalo rase badan dah start malas nak pegi gym, xpe! buat exercise kat rumah or outdoor...ubah angin...xsemestinya pegi gym, badan boleyh kurus??? xkisahlah buat exercise kt mane2 pun asalkan sehari u guys mampu burn sampai beratus2 calories...mandi peluh ari2 macam buruh indon buat building tu...sebab tu dorang sentiase fit walaupun buruh2 tu makan berkoyan2 (makan banyak~)....

6. Jangan berhenti sebab PENAT, berhenti sebab dah SELESAI!!! kalo terdetik kat ati tu nak brenti sebab dah trcungap2 penat, PANTANG DIANE laaa...klo i ade kat sebelah u guys, selagi xabes workout circuit, selagi tu jangan stop! stop untuk rehat kejap jew..Klo stop gak, DIANE SEBAT BONTOT BERLEMAK U GUYS!! ahaks! guraulah...tapi to be honest, I''m a really strict person biler workout...i focus sepanjang workout~

7. Jangan MENYELEWENG!! dont play-play!! pegi gym bukan untuk bersuka ria or gelak2!! Thats why jugak Diane prefer pegi gym by myself coz i boleh focus lebih...kalo ade kawan kang, nak kne layan die sembanglah ape lah...tapi setakat ni my friends yang ikot i pegi gym, pham cara I yang I susah nak berborak time workout...sbb i xsuke...My workout principle is to GET SERIOUS!! kalo pegi gym utk borak2, sembang2, peluh kuar takat brape titik jew, better xyah datang gym..buang duet...better pegi jog kat park sane...free! nak borak or main2 pon xde org nak marah~ 

8. INVEST sikit~ maksud i, klo u guys betol2 serious nak commit dengan gym, u guys kne invest sikit...macam i, dah banyak jugak duet invest utk gym ni sebab suke punyer pasal...i dah banyak invest kat yuran bulanan gym, kasut mahal sebab lebih selesa, tahan lasak & berkualiti, beli mp3 (sebab belom mampu beli IPOD nano..huhu), workout attire (itupun murah2 punyer), weight training glove, muscle protein shake and some more props lah...Make surelah u guys betol2 commit life dengan gym, bukan untuk temporary jew...klo temporary, tutup crite sudah..I malas nak layan...

9. Nak main weight?? Untuk beginner, u guys dont copy me...sebab i main heavy weight....sebab kenape?? sebab i ambek muscle protein shake, untuk bina otot...otot ape?? lean muscle....otot pejal...bukan otot besar...lagi pon pompan mustahil dapat otot besar2 walau 10 or 20thn die main gym...kne cucuk STEROID barulah dpt bulky itupun xsebesar lelaki....muscle pompan ni comel2 jew...dan jangan beranganlah untuk dapat muscle klo takat main gym setahun dua...itu facts yang i and all girl gymers kne ngadap~ 
For beginner, silalah main light weight okay...angkat ringan2 jew...tapi repeat banyak kali...minimum 60x rep..

10. Jangan bagi banyak ALASAN!! i memang xberkenan nak layan orang2 yang cakap nak fit tapi bagi banyak alasan...xde maselah, xsempatlah, letihlah atau ape2 jewlah....HELOOOOOO~~ do u think i ade mase??? Diane siang keje jadi Jr. Architect & malam i keje jadi private tuition tutor and sometimes i ambek order untuk bakery sebab i bake!! peeeeliiizzzzlahhh jangan bagi alasan...kalo betol2 nak fit & sihat, kne curi mase untuk exercise....I lebih prefer kat gym sebab die indoor...hujan or panas xeffect pape kat workout i....

11. Calories TARGET!! setiap kali workout kat gym, kne target berape arini nak burn...catit kat notebook kecik kalau boleyh...macam I from 200kcal per shot dulu but now i can burn almost 1000++kcal per shot.. Orang2 cakap klo nak workout kat gym, knelah ade limit mase..sejam lebih or max 2jam...tapi pada i, xcukup cara tu...i lebih suka target calories dari target mase...sebab kalo target mase, kite boleyh main tipu (kalo banyak stop & stop lame2 sgt between workout, tu dah kire CHEATING!)...tapi kalo target brape calories kita burn per shot kat gym, camne nak tipu?? tu melambangkan dah brape banyak u guys bakar lemak dlm badan tu...

12. Exersice is for SANITY not VANITY~ maksudnyew pada i dengan amalkan exercise & diet yang betul, bende ni bagi long term advantages...bukan takat kurus jew...die buat i more confident, happy, slim, fit, energetic & macam2..sebab tu i prefer more to exercise than taking any fat burning products...i xnak penuhkan dalam badan i dengan chemical yang mengarut2...Just fikirlah...U guys searchlah facts2 kat internet ape kelebihan exercise kalo start dari muda lagi...As for me, xyahlah search kat internet sebab everytime i pegi gym, i akan jumpe uncle chinese sorang ni yang dah berumur 60 lebih tapi still boleyh lari laju atas trademill & done sooo well in every exercise die buat kat gym tu....biler tanyer, die jawab, die dah memang jadikan exercise habit die dari muda...WOW! No wonder die sangat happy & energetic...sihat semacam kalo nak dibandingkan dengan ayah2 kita...huhu~


So remember girls & guys, kalau rase xboleyh nak commit dengan gym, xperlulah beriya2 nak start pegi daftar gym arini jugak...tanyer diri tu dlu...

gym usually for hardcore workout, barulah berbaloi bayar yuran gym tuh~

p/s: oh ye! before i forgot to tell u, kalo dalam seminggu tu janganlah direct pegi gym...at least adelah sehari or dua ari rehat....cheat a.k.a rest day...tapi jangan lebih2 ari pulak~
