Kenape Perlu LOSE WEIGHT MORE ????

 Arini i nak membebel sikit pasal why we need to lose weight??

I xdelah nak explain terperinci sangat coz i xberape expert nak crite detail2 sangat ni...Just nak share with u guys ape yang i lalui in my life...

Seperti yang mane u guys dah baca blog i awal2 sampai yang latest, u guys nampak sendri yang i struggling with weight problems in my whole life...dari kecik sampai besar....susah sangat nak lose weight biler dah brtahun2 kt dah kumpul lemak bawah lapisan kulit kite ni...Oleh disebabkan bertahun2 kite menanggung berat beban badan sendri di atas kaki kecik & 2batang tulang kering tu jer yang support, tulang tu sebenarnyer telah terhakis & haus...

Mne xnyer, bertahun2lah badan sendri gemok & kaki sepasang yang kecik ni (kaki i size 5 taw!!) yang terseksa menanggung beban berat badan yang melampau sgt...dulu time i overweight i slalu kne sakit lutut & sakit2 tulang kering kat kaki...ankle selalu terseliuh sbb xboleyh tampung berat...teruk sangat kaki i terseksa sebenarnyew....


Even u guys bleyh tengok sendri scan badan pompan overweight ni....
I dapat rase yang badan i pon macam ni dlu...tu, tengok tu kaki die, bengkok & tulang kering makin menipis dek haus ari2 terhakis...klo nak pikir ibarat logik architecture, base kne kukuh & besar klo nak tampung berat atas yang besar...klo x xleyh support ar..tiang pon kne besar klo nak kukuh....

As for me pulak, i memang berasal dari keluarga yang memang kuat & suka makan...Secara xsengaje, environment tumbesaran i memang mewah dengan makanan...so, makan tu jadi satu kewajipan dalam life i...

yang mane berbadan gemok kat luar sne yang xkisah gemok tu, bohong semate2...nak sedap kan ati aje...padehal die pon nak kurus....sampaikan die iri ati tengok org len dah kurus, die plak yang meluat lebih2....xbaek...org tu berusaha macam nak giler tuk perbaiki rupe die & dapatkan kesihatan sebanyak yang boleyh..yang awak tu iri ati sgt sampai nak meluat2 kat org2 yang berjaye lose weight tu apehal??? awak tu biler nak kurus?? makin kembang....ingat, awak tu anak dara lagi...belom kawen....klo dh kawen & dh beranak macam mnelah rupe....terputus selera laki awak blek keje ngadap awak yg xreti jage badan tu...klo awak rase xmo kurus, xperlu baca kejayaan2 org2 yang dah kurus sbb bende tu sume menyakitkan ati awak sbb awak xreti mcm mne nk jadi mcm dorang sebab awak terlalu ego xmo kongsi masalah & bertanyer dgn org2 yang dah berjaya...ape2 jew lah awak ni....

Back to my story...(*emotional tetibe plak).. Jadi biler i memang HIDOP UNTUK MAKAN, mase tu i xdpt bayangkan brape berat fat mass dlm badan i ni bersarang....

U guys boleyh tengok sendri sekarang u guys dah kat peringkat mne klo nk ikot dlm chart ni...
I plak dlu memang dah masuk peringkat obes line merah tu...
memang terbaek dr ladang ar....
Biler badan dah mula sampai ke tahap obese, satu per satu penyakit datang serang diri kite....xyah cakap ar, i dah masak sgt dengan penyakit2 gemok ni sebab i pon pernah masuk ICU sebab terlalu gemok dlu....

Biler kite dah ade kesedaran tentang kesihatan & bahayenyew obesity ni, secara tidak langsung kite akan rase takut dan akan akan cari jalan untuk atasinyew...As for me, i dah mula ade kesedaran walaupun femly i masih xsedar2 lagi...Everytime i nak bagi kesedaran kat dorang, i akn diperlekehkan...so, i biar jewlah...malas nak cakap banyak..i just do for my own good...badan i, so biar ar ape i nak buat...if i bertungkus lumus to lose weight & being heathy fit, i akn advantagesnyew....bukan orang len...


 BETOL X WAHAI CIK FERGIE??



Pada i, everytime org tanyer mcm mne i lose weight, i memang xreti nk explain mcm mne sebab i just berpegang kepada kata2:

ABTT Workout:

Fitness Progress~



biler terlebih rajin workout tapi dlm ms yg same stamina tengah down...ape jadi???

Strugglin wit MACAROONS~

Setelah 3ari struggle pulun buat macaroons dlm cuaca yang lembap dan membuatkan 4-5x macs masok tong sampah sbb xjadi, tapi finally di saat2 dateline, barulah menjadi semua macaroons i...pergh~ giler berdebar sebab customer dah bayar full tp macs sume xmenjadi time tu..
Syukur alhamdullillah biler baby macs sume menjadi & comel2...Biler delivery kat customer i rase sgt relief biler tgk muka customer hepi giler & puas ati dgn macs yg i buatkan tuk die...syukur lagi sekali....




Thank u again kepada Hidayah kerane telah sudi order macs saya dengan kuantiti yang banyak...huhuhu...kepade sesape yang nak order macs saye, order still terbuka lagi skg ni....let me know if u want to order...xkisah melalui FB or my blog...

Lunch Menu Idea

Lunch preparation : RINGKAS, MUDAH, CEPAT & HEALTHY !!!!
(*oh ya, tuna tu silalah beli tuna in water or tuna in olive oil...no mayo ok??)



SANGAT SUKE & PUAT ATI MAKAN WHOLEMEAL TORTILLA WITH TUNA & VEGGIE NI!!!

BICEPS CUTE DIANE MAKIN TIMBUL~ YIPPIE!

Setelah 7-8 bulan hard training kat gym tanpe mengenal erti putus asa (eceh!) untuk i membakar lemak2 yang sepanjang hidup i ternak dgn bahagia dlm badan ni, 
FINALLY
biler fat mass percentage makin berkurangan, maka otot2 mula timbul...disebabkan lapisan lemak makin menipis manakala otot pula makin mengembang...

Oleh itu, dengan rasminyew i nak inform kat u guys, 
I DAH ADE 2 KETOL BICEPS KAT DUA2 LENGAN NI!!!
YIPPIEEE!!!!
(bersaksikan hubby i sendri..hahaha...suke tengok muke die terkejut bler tengok biceps i timbul mase workout)

Bukan ape...pada i bukan senang pompan xberape fit macam i ni tuk dapat biceps yang cantik macam ni...
Nak i ambek gambar biceps i kew??
errr?? xperlu kot...coz i xnaklah tayang2 anggota2 i dlm blog tuk tontonan umum plak...
i perempuan melayu okay?? still ade limit gak ar nak tayang2 body...

Long story short, my biceps dah mula timbul dengan cantiknyew..tapi the probs is i belom achieve tricep yang keras (xwobbly berlemak) & berlekuk ke dalam...omgie~~ sangat mengidamkan shape mcm tu...still tgh usaha keras lagi...lemak2 degil yang tinggal ni sume agak frustrated gak lah tuk i banishedkan dr bawah kulit i ni...lemak tepu katekan...dah bertawon2 i kumpul ms dlu2, so makan mase sikit tuk burn..

Tapi untuk setakat ni i berpuas atilah nampak perubahan & hasil setelah setahun p gym & 8 bln buat hardcore training...makin sayang dekat badan sendri bler dh makin fit & muscled mcm ni....


Klo u guys curious nak tawu takat mane rupe biceps i skrg ni, lebih kurang mcm model ni punyer biceps lah..
Yup, xbesar tapi lean...itu yang i target..lean muscle...tapi tricep i xbrlekuk lagi mcm model ni...still have more workouts to do...


Pergh~ cubelah imagine one day badan i dpt achieve macam model ni plak..tengok ar bicep & tricep die...tengok pax kat perut die....fuhhh~~ membuat driku ini smakin brkobar2....
but fyi lah kan...muscle2 mcm ni slalunyew akn timbul mase kite tengah workout lah...mase xworkout muscle die susut balik & badan jadi more softline shape...time workout jew nampak muscle line ketak2 mcm ni...

Huiyooo~~ Diane nyer figure biler nak achieve sampai betol2 fit ni....humm...sabar2...tunggulah setahun or dua lagi...baru setahun main gym, xyah nak expect lean muscles sgtlah...belom nampak lagi~~

yeah!! walaupun badan debab bersaiz XXL, i tetap active sports & club dlu....tp disebabkan makan pon active, jadilah size ni....

Baju XXL...silalah berehat didalam plastik ini untuk i dermakan kamu kpd org2 yang memerlukan...

(i take my protein shake...remember gurlz, dont ever attempt to try taking protein shake if u gurls still beginner at gym & doesnt done any hardcore workout...please...this protein shake for those who only do TOTALLY hard workouts..jangan salah guna...klo korg salah guna pastu korang gemok sbb ambk bnde ni, jgn salah kan i)

TEA TIME:



(Banana & Chocolate Rice Muffins..yummy!!)

 Hardworks & Disciplines are highly recommanded!!!
But these two models are in intermediate level...
Do not try to copy them if u guys are in the beginner level~


Some of light workout required for those girls who wants to lose weight & get lean muscles:

BENCH PRESS (for sexy butts, thighs & legs)

TRICEP CURLS (for sexy & fit underarms, reduce batwing underarms)

ABS CRUNCHES (for 'chocolate' profile abs...yumyum! sexy!)

BICEP CURLS (for muscular upper arms)  

SQUATING WEIGHT LIFT
 (for more stronger  back & shoulder, burns more butt fats, strenghten thighs & calves) 

PULL DOWN WEIGHT MACHINE
(fit & strong underarms)

For girls who wants to hit the weight lifting, remember not to lift too heavy weight coz it will causes u girls more bulky muscles instead of lean muscles...(except for those girls yang mmg nak muscle bulky2 lah)...


But for guys: The heavier u guys can lift & do plenty of  reps, u guys are sooo totally damn sexy muscular guys!! Go for the heaviest weight yang u guys mampu angkat...tgk takat mane kejantanan korang...huhuhu~~
