Full fill de orders~

As usual lah kan....baking orders i makin meletop2~
cheh! over nampak~
xdelah...
alhamdullillah syukur sebab makin ramai yang nak order baking2 i nih~~
xdelah membazir bake2 then xde org nak makan...
i ade masalah addicted dgn bende masak2 ni...
therapy penghilang stress buat kerje architect katekan~~
hobi suke2 jew nih tp setakat ni hobi saye menguntungkan...

and last week i dpt order tuk buatkan fruit tart..
20 lebih jew...
memang pape order i xdpt nk ambek byk2 sebab oven & mixer kecik jew...
al maklumlah bukan bisnes besar, bisnes hobi2 jew ni...
so klo ade sape2 nk buat tempahan, biar i bagi tawu lah yg i xleyh buat byk2...
tgk ape yg korg order gaklah...
maybe macaroons i boleyh buat byk2 sbb die kecik, & macaroons order plak xleyh ambek sikit2, rugi i nnti....huhu~


Thank u sangat kepade customer2 saye yg sudi support hobi sy jadi satu bisness kecik2...
mintak maaflah klo ape yg u guys order i boleyh buat on weekends saje...
sorilah, weekdays i sibok pulun keje architect siang & private tuition malam...

terpakse buat batter lagi sekali...haha..kukus lagi & sorokkan dlm fridge...

hummm...

tu lah impian ktorg berdua... pas kawen, biler hal2 rmhtgga dh stable, financial pon dh kukuh, barulah ktorg akn decide bukak cafe sendri....target maybe kat area Iskandar Development...sbb area tu area international...walau pape pon impian me & hubby, ktorg still akn sharpenkan lagi skill culinary ktorg sampai btol2 layak untuk di jual kt cafe ktorg one day nnti...

Xde ar...bukannyer ape...tajuk entrie kali ni saje2 i nk bt tajuk gedix skit tuk naekkn semangat dri ni lagi....and  remember, bagilah reward kat dri sendri seperti puji sikit dri ni depan cermin biler tgk after several month of hard working to lose 12.5kg, berbaloi~~

I still on my journey....it will never ever stop until de end of world....i will make sure my anak2 & cucu cicit piot miot sume kne live in healthy way of living....korang nak makan ape, makanlah....even me & hubby i still on & love our 'FOOD HUNTING' lagi...i pon still ari2 buat & makan dessert kt uma....my hubby lagilah, chef, ari2 kne jamah makanan....tp kne beringat jugak, makan mmg sedap & seronok...p klo xtahu nk control & balance it with exercise, penyakit pon kate here we go....sbb bdn kt sendri yang bagi warm welcoming kat penyakit....

As for me, ingat lagi tak dlm previous post i beberape bulan yg lepas....dh mcm 2 bende i try tuk lose those weight, tp sume fail...dulu i xprcaye langsung concept eat well & exersice regularly....bullshit tu sume....humm...skg baru tahu rupe2nyew betollah concept tu....banyak bende i learn spjg journey ni...ups & downs....i pon bt bende ni sume bkn beriya2 nak lose weight, tapi nak kejar stamina tggi....yup...bende ni sume buat kt lagi agressif & energetic...sbb i keje pagi until midnite...so i need dat energy....plus! klo bdn rase ringan, senang nk gerak pantas!!!

To hubby Walee, CONGRATES SAYANG for already losing 9kilos!!! i'm so proud of u...pasni lagi timbullah muscle ketol2 u tuh....kite tengok sape boleyh dapat six pax dulu!! u or i??? huhuhu....

I will update my progress beberape bulan lagi....and always remember....

Ape rase TOFUMISU???

TOFUMISU???
ABENDE TUH???
i pon xtahu & xpernah rase...
terjumpe resepi ni kat channel cina...
temptating & sangat teringin nak try buat!!!

die adek bradek dengan tiramisu cume die lagi healthier...
buat dari silk japanesse tofu & layered with chocolate biskut merry di rendam dlm milo pekat....
low calorie & dont bother to eat 2 glass of eat.....

i buat bende ni & bagi kat my hubby & his brother rase...
sedap....
mild taste & less sweet klo nak compare dgn tiramisu.....
i recommand tofumisu klo u guys in diet but still wants to satisfied ur sweettooth....
sure u guys satisfied!!

wow, not bad.... rase kuah lagi kaww~~
sebab sup nyew adelah rebusan ayam, daging & tulang2nyew sekali.....
rebus beberape jam smp jadi keruh kaleh supnyew...
huhuhu...
no wonder secukup rase supnyew....

dan yang bestnyew lagi, dahlah makan bersila, siap dpt table betol2 ngadap tv...
hahahhaha...
smbil makan sambil tgk tv depan mate....
huhuhu...rase cozy mcm kat uma org jowo.....
ownernyer pon ade 'sleng' jawe mase nak take our orders...

ni adelah keadaan ktorg yang kelaparan baru balek dari keje & dlm musim2 hujan lebat kat luar...
nak gak rase restoran ade enviro mcm makan kt uma...

WEEKEND NI KNE PULUN MASE AR TUK BAKING TART BEBANYAK...
AND I LOOOVEEEE ITTT!!!!!!
PLAY WITH MY TEPONG TELOR BUTTER & EVERYTHING NICEE!!!!!
I MISS MY MIXER & OVEN....
(padehal ahad lepas dh men mixer & oven tuh....dasyat dak ni...dh chronic nk jadi bakers...nak campak mane karier architect ko diane oiii~~~))

Sometimes i HATE myself !!!

Some certain things yang buat i hate myself biler talk about health and fitness,

I CANT DO PUSH UP!!!!!

DEMMMNNN!!!!!!

i just mampu buat 3x jew sekarang comparing dulu xbleyh buat langsung sebab bicep tricep xkuat & badan pon heavy.....

i memang berniat nak target doing push up seberape banyak yang i boleyh one day nanti...

ade satu crite fitness challenge jepon kat channel singapore yang i tgk aritu, dorang battle sape boleyh buat push up paling banyak dlm mase 20minit....

fuhhhhh!!! dasyat lah mamat yang menang tu....die bleyh buat 300 lebih sampai patah2 gigi sebab jatuh tersembam ms ngah tahan saket push up tu...

kagum2.....boleyh nampak heart rate die beating totally insane!!!!

sangat TABEK & SALUTE!!!

tapi diri sendri ni biler lagi nak improve??? lari dah improve sikit wlwpun xpernah & xsuke berlari sepanjang dlm life i....tapi skg dh jadi favourite daahhh~~

heavy weight pon dh leyh angkat sampai 7kg dah takat ni...

Back on track week!!

Setelah beberape minggu jalan2 cari mamam, akhirnyew me & hubby stop tuk 'control' our appetite sekejap....kne back on track & get caution of our health....memang dasyat lah makan beberape minggu perayaan ni...mane dgn Deepavali nyew, Raye Haji nyew, cuti sekolahnyew, kenduri kawennyew~~ wahh!! melampau2 makan xhengat donia!!!!

Back to my oat routine...
Oat for breakfast & dinner~~

nk buang rase boring makan oat, campurkanlah dgn fresh fruits and soya milk mcm ni....



Lunch plak kne make surelah i have full of protein sources...
Dah lame xtapaw healthy food for lunch...
and for today i pon telah merajinkn dri untuk prepared healthy food for my lunch hour....

Ape i tapaw for today??
my fav dory fillet wit pleennntttyyy of tomatoes sauce....
i looveee tomatoes~~~~ yum yum!!!!
then i scramble some white eggs with boiled hot dogs & crab stick....
these dishes contains high in proteins...


this research shows how & what should we provide in every each of our plate evrytime we eat...
yes~
i totally agree with this research coz i've been doing it strictly & manage to lose 11kg of weight last several of months....
tapi kne betol2 strictly ikotlah....
lagi satu ade trainer ckpkt kne less eat, more exercise...
hahahahhaa~
memang betol..
tapi adekah i mengamalkan advice tu sekarang??

okay, back to de story mory.....
i just eat half portion of my tapaw...
the other half i'll save it for after workout dinner pas blek gym petang kang....

half lagi simpan tuk makan nanti...
sebab pas workout kang memang sumpah lapo giler!!!!
at least i ade something to eat..
xpayah singgah mamak & pening kepale tengok menu tuk pilih ape nak makan pas workout bagi meng'avoid' rase bersalah makan unhealthy food after burns all those fats....

manekale mamat ni a.k.a hubby i, nak buktikan kat u guys yang full force workout kat rumah pon boleh bina otot~~~~
bagi sesape2 yang xde mase, xde budget or senang cakap yang malas nak p gym.....

YUP!
u guys just need a lil bit of determination & dicipline...
than u guys / gurls will burn off those fat bags at de same time gain lean muscle....

Sepanjang A week B4 & During Raya Haji

Jom ikot i ngan hubby i jejalan sekeliling JB lagew~~~
Memang banyak sangat tempat yang belom explore walaupon ktorg ber2 ni mmg anak jati JOHOR BAHRU...
Sedih kan?? Huhuhu...
Alaa...lagi pon we all dh lame meninggalkan Jb beberape tahun yang lepas di atas faktor2 berhijrah ke negeri orang...
Last2 blek & menetap gaj kat hometown sendri....

So, ape ktorg buat seminggu sebelom raya aidil adha??
shopping??? TEETTTT!! salah!!
ape lagi!! cari makan lerrrr!!!

Our first stop was the oldest kopitiam in JB...
GILER SEMPOI!!!!

terletak kat tengah2 JB town and branch baru die kat sebelah Sutera Mall...

Ni hah kedainyew..klo korang dak JB, korang tawulah bende ni kat mne...ha'ah...ni kat area tgh2 bandar yang ade shoplot2 usang berdekad2 tu...klo u guys bukan org JB, silalah tanyer dgn org JB kat mne building lame ni~

and my hubby main course: Special Hwa Mui kuey tiaw ape tah...lupelah...
hehehehe~~

and for the dessert 'katenyew': Hwa Mui French Toast!!


Biler dah abes makan, waiter akan datang & m'agkat pinggan2 ktorg & hantar ke dumbwaiter tuk di bawe ke floor bawah~~


dan aunty pon bersedia di depan peti cash zaman jeponnyew untuk di kutip 'pulus' selepas makan....
Aunty cakap klo cedap, singgahlah lagew!!!!

Punyer lah i kelam kabot p cari kat Sutera Mall.... Siap tarek hubby yang penat blek keje, temankan sekali...sebab ktorang memang Hantu SUBWAY!!!! Boleyh giler xpekena Subway !! sekali dlm setahon pon cukuplah....

Bler dah setengah jam pusing2 kat Sutera Mall & xjumpe, tetibe ternampak satu notice...

Di sebabkan perot pon dah lapo & berbunyi Ghazal, ktorg brenti jap kat kiosk CREPES yang memang femes kat JB ni..klo p mne2 shopping mall kt JB ni, xsah klo xde kiosk ni....

Biler perot dah lapo sgt, lantak ar! beli jerlah tuk alas perot....

Selang lagi beberape ari kemudian, tergerak kat ati nak makan pizza dengan hubby...
tapi~~~
satu slice pizza dah bersamaan 300kcal....aduhh....klo camtu dpt makan sekeping jewlah.....xbest ar!!!

Then, i've decided to make low calorie and extra healthy pizza!!! for me & my hubby punyer breakfast!!

YUP!! FOR BREAKFAST!!!!

ok, let me explain to u guys....

Chicken Breast Supreme Pizza: 320kcal 1 plate
Ingredients: baked pita bread, EVOO, tomato puree, boiled chicken breast, tons of capsicum, boiled hotdogs, tons of tomatoes, and a lil sprinkle of low calorie mozarella~

Tuna Haiwaiian Pizza: 300kcal 1 plate
Ingredients: baked pita bread, EVOO, tomato puree, plenty of tuna, tons of capsicum, boiled crab stick, tons of tomatoes, pineapple rings and a lil sprinkle of low calorie mozarella~


and i done it PERFECTLY (tu comment dr chef a.k.a hubby i...) niat tuk buatkan pizza tuk die dah tercapai..... hepi bler tgk hubby makan dgn penuh joy...


For supper plak, Raw Salmon Temaki with Wasabe.....
Terangkat ar!!!

Then ari raya aidil adha pon tibe.....
Xtahu nak contribute ape kat uma....
so decide n contributekan fruit tartlet lah....
nak buat banyak2 & hadiahkan kat sume orang2 yang tersayang area JB ni~~~
