Pilates Regiments For Weekends

Sabtu & Ahad yang lepas i xp gym...sebab i need to take care of my grandma yang tinggal sementara dengan family, i just buat workout ringan2 jew...dan beberape arini i agak stress out sikit...kepale serabut so i need a peace & calm workout...disebabkan dah lame xbuat flexibility workout jadi i buatlah weekend aritu...

Kepada sesape yang xkenal pilates, pilates ni adelah satu senaman yang menggunakan minda kita untuk control semua muscles dalam badan kita...Yang sama maksudnya senaman flexibility & balancing....Selain dari kita buat macam2 senaman cardio lah, weight lift lah, HIIT lah, Tabata lah, tu semua senaman yang perlu ketangkasan... Sometimes kalo i perlukan ketenangan i just akan buat Pilates or Yoga kat rumah...

I share sikit Pilates regiments i dengan u guys:

1) Sitting Pretty (hold for 30sec)
2) Balance Buffer (hold for 30sec)
** focus on abs, thigh & butt

3) Total Package (hold for 30sec)
** focus on shoulder,  back, abs, hamstrings & butt

4) Reshape Reach (hold for 30sec)
** focus on shoulder,  back, abs, thigh& butt

5) Bring Up The Rear (hold for 30sec)
** focus on butt, back, hips, thigh & hamstrings

6) Back Beautifier (hold for 30sec)
** focus on back, butt, inner thigh & hamstrings
