  1. hi, diane, i pernah comment dulu tanya pasal gym . hihii so anyways, you never failed to inspire me. even though i tak pegi gym due to kekangan ekonomi lols. my height is 160cm and masa January haritu my weight is 70kg now my weight is around 64 slow gak sebenarnya tapi tak pelah,as long as healthy.hehe

    oh i just nak tanya if you don't mind sharing your body measurement? oh and one more thing, i perasan when i started to lose weight, my boobs pon started to get smaller. bummer. normal tak?

  2. owh hye dear...yes, i pon dah slalu pesan kat semua org, xsemestinya kne pegi gym klo nak kurus...for me, xkisahlah mcm mne u buat asalkan u exercise...kat gym kew, kat rumah kew, outdoor kew, yg penting u berpeluh & being healthy everyday...congrates for yr improvement! yes, losing weight 'clean' way mmg takes time...skang u phamkan maksud i, LOSING WEIGHT IS A LIFE JOURNEY...it doesnt matter, dan itu jugaklah sebab kenape i xbenarkan followers i ikut i sbb nak kurus coz im not targetting to be skinny or kurus or wat so ever, target & mission i to get fit & healthy...tu mesej yg i cube sampaikan kat semua....

    my latest body measurement i will post kat entri yang terbaru xlame lagi ni..wait for it k, dear...remember, weight on scale tu xmenjamin u healthy or x, the key is when u know yr fat percentage dlm bdn & body measurement u...target to be fit, leaner & high stamina...owh, hahaha, boobies shrinking ea, tu normallah babe..mostly womens yg losing weight, their boobs will getting smaller, but some will maintain...ni disebabkan fat quantiti dlm bdn u getting lower..its okay dear, as long as u buat chest workout, yr chest will sentiase up & boobs u xkan jatuh...kat situlah dtgnyew advantages or main weight lifting, it will tone up blek semua yang kendur2 after kt dah buat cardio (to burn fat) everyday...dont worry, u can find plenty of breast enlargement product kat luar sne...yg penting health u trjage & avoid from obesity~
