  1. Step1

    We will start out with Beyonce's workout plan. Beyonce quoted that she works out with her trainer 5 days a week. She runs 6 miles a day and 3 miles if she has had a long day of dancing. She does 100 squats, 100 walking lunges, and 100 step-ups. For upper body she will lift 5-pound weights while she listens to a song she likes. Or she will run around the track using 3-pound weights. Beyonce said she does as much cardio as she can and burns 300 calories dancing during 1 concert.

    You can replace dancing with playing tennis, volleyball, bike riding or any activity that is enjoyable to you. Just make sure your hobby burns a lot of calories. Beyonce does a lot of practicing and has many concerts. If that is not your career you can choose a hobby that burns plenty of calories.

    Beyonce quotes that she eats 6 times a day. It is a well known fact eating 6 times a day produces and obtains flat abs. For breakfast she eats a Special K or granola bar in the morning. Her 2nd meal is a piece of fruit. Her third meal which is lunch is a healthy salad she calls the "Sasha Salad" it contains chicken breast, vinegar, oil, jalapeno's, greens, avocado, and tomatoes. Her fourth meal a package of oreo cookies. Her fifth meal is usually baked fish and vegetables. Her sixth meal is a snack with vegetables or cucumbers dipped in vinaigrette. Beyonce splurges once a week eating pizza or something she likes to satisfy her food cravings. This helps so you will not give up on your diet.

  4. Step4

    Beyonce was also known for The Master Cleanse Diet. She lost 20 pounds to get the movie role in Dream Girls. This diet detoxifies your body, it contains lemon juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. Mix the ingredients with water. This is consumed in your body 6 to 12 times a day and no other food is consumed. Along with an herbal laxative tea taken twice daily. Many have just done it for 1 or 2 days and have seen results.
