Ade 8 Cara Untuk Detox


Hey people out there!! 
Today i nak cerita sikit pasal DETOX..Why i wanna talk about detoxifying?? As u guys know, i rajin lah jugak buat detox2 ni dari dlu...sebab i rase detox ni boleyh clearkan ape2 kekotoran yang ade dalam badan i ni....detox jugak ade banyak cara...ikut pada kesesuaian dri masing2....for this month, i tgh menjalankan my detox week...slalunyew i akan ambek 14days sahaja untuk detox ni...klo nak buat lebih2 sikit xpe..itu pun kalau u guys tahan ar...i xtahan ar klo lame2 sangat..boleyh lembik badan...

Berpuase pon dikirakan detox jugak tapi i jarang puase klo xkena pada ari2 yang sesuai...dan i pon xsuke ar berpuase niat nak diet kuruskan badan...kurang pahala kak oii! Thats why i ade cara detox i sendri yang takkan jatuhkan metabolisme badan i...

Cara i macam ni....

1) ROLLED OATS

Dalam masa 14ari detox ni, i just makan rolled oat everytime breakfast & dinner...klo lunch hour tu i makan fruits & vege sahaja...xambek nasi or roti...dlm detox plan i, carbs i cume bergantung pada rolled oats ni saje...nape i ambek rolled oats instead of oat2 biase (quaker oat) yang lagi senang nk prepare cume tambah air panas??? sebabnyew pada i rolled oat ni lagi sedap & cepat kenyang (kenyang lame jugak!!!) sebab die sekeping2...die xdiprocess sampai berderai...lambat nak cerna....
I xretilah nak explain detail sgt sebab macam i cakap yesterday lah, i bukan ahli dietrik or fisiologist....i org design bangunan jew...huhuuhu...so klo u guys nak tawu lagi detail pasal oat ni, bace kat blog sifu i ni....

2) NO OR LESS OIL, SUGAR & SALT


Biler i cakap less, kne betol2 less taw!!! klo u guys xambek langsung, lagi bagus!!
bangge dengan u guys....Seriously~~ dlm process detox ni, minyak, gula & garam xdiperlukan...
Diet detox kan mengenai pembersihan anggota dlm badan kita...kne lah ambek natural2 food jew sepjg 14 ari..Jangan me'ngelat' or cheat yourself klo u guys nak FEEEELLLL betol2 camne nk cleanse dlm badan tu....

3) FRUITS & VEGGIES


Macam i cakap tadi lah...sepanjang 14ari detox, i avoid taking plenty of carbs...so, biler time lunch hour jew i ambek fruits or veggie...xpon i ambek protein sahaja....NO CARBS REMEMBER.... oat tu jew yang kne telan....Actually it wasnt that bad if kite lunch fruits, veggies & proteins.... kalo u guys pandai varietykan & pandai cari idea ape nak masak, it will be AWESOME! xdelah bosan ari detox u guys nnti... 
Kalo masak tu, jangan ler pura2 letak minyak & bagi alasan:

"HALAMAAAAKKK!!!! TERLUPEEEE ARINI DETOX!!!! XLEYH PKAI GARAM, MINYAK & GULA!!!"
*ahaks! petuihhh!!! banyak ar ko punyer lupe!*



4) DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!!


HA! ni jangan degil! biler i cakap kne minum banyak air, minum banyak!!! sebab time detox ni badan senang dehydrated!! perut cepat keroncong!! 'berry2' aka berak susah nak lawas sebab makan rolled oats keras td....haaa~ ni klo u guys degil gak xmo dengar, terimelah u guys padah duduk dlm toilet berjam2 'shitty' xmo kuar! ;P
For adult macam kita at least 2.7liter air sehari kt perlu minum...tu pon depends lah pada cuaca or u guys ni aktif berpeluh or x...klo cam i, i boleyh 2.7liter ni or lebih sebab i aktif 'gymming'...


5) GREEN TEA OR DETOX TEA...


U guys p ler Watson ker, Guardian ker & mane2lah tempat yang ade jual green tea ni...
Time detox nilah yang TERBAEK u guys nak kerapkan minum green tea everyday!!
sebab dalam badan u guys tengah clean & xde harm or bad food was feeded along this 14days...
MUST TRY!! pada i, klo u guys minum green tea kew, slimming tea kew, detox tea kew tapi still makan fried food, oily food & santan's food (weird sey santans food??) ape dapat?? ibarat u guys tengah cuci paip sinki tersumbat dengan clorox kew acid kew, tapi still p salirkan minyak2 lemak2 dlm paip tu...berkesan kew cara tu?? maybe sikit jew kott klo berkesan pon...
Minumlah 20kotak slimming tea pon tapi klo habit makan makanan yg ade minyak, santan, garam & gula pon, xgunaaaa~~


6) PROTEINS
 (dairy products & white meats)




 NI PENTING GAK NI!! Like i mention earlier, biler dah 3-4ari we all buat detox, dapat rase jugak badan lemah sikit..tapi still ade energy & 'CARGAS' lahhh~ tp biler nak cover ke'lembik'kan yang we all akn lalui spjg detox, take proteins!! kalo boleyh ambek proteins dalam bentuk cecair sahaja (sprt susu & yogurt) if u guys terre ar...klo xbrape hebat, still boleh consume protein dlm bentuk pepejal....Maksud i white meats macam ikan2 and tofu2....Daging ayam jangan ambik lah dlm tempoh detox ni sebab die xsesuai... I pulak lebih selesa makan yong tauhu or ikan2 berisi putih yang i grilled, steam or bakar....makanlah brape banyak yang u guys nak...sebab take this mase lunch hour...
Sekali lagi i pesan, jangan masak dengan minyak, santan, garam or gula...make it PLAIN!!! klo nak ade rase jugak, p lah cicah dengan cili sos sikit kew, mustard sikit kew, kicap cili (xde gula) kew atau belacan (xde garam)...ikut pada tekak masing2....

*sebab tu En.Meow2 gigi & tulang kuat sebab rajin makan proteins~~*


7) EXERCIZZZAAH!!
Walaupun badan agak xenergetic mcm biase, exercise pon WAJIB buat...Jangan riso bcoz detox i xbunuh org...i still consume carbs & proteins as my energy sources...so, xyah ar nak bagi alasan klo buat detox xboleyh exercise~ POOORRAHH!!



 8) SAUNA


Ni activity best!! kalo u guys ade kemudahan or tempat yang sediakan sauna, ape lagi? time detox ni ar masenyew tuk korang buang toksin dalam badan!!! MEMANG TERBAEK!!! I LOIKE!!
kalo xde sauna pon xpe, p cari kolam air panas & berendam...klo xde jugak,p bukak shower kt uma korang tu, bagi heat tu panas sikit, bagi berasap sikit rumah...kalo xde jugak?! ok, i rase paling simple pon p jerang air panas & campurkan kat dalam air kolah kat uma tu....


9) REST~~
 zzzzZZzzzZZ


 Rest kat cni xbermaksud tido saje...ade macam2 cara u guys boleyh rest (kecuali ngadap depan FB sambil mengunyah pisang goreng) dengan berkualiti....It's up to u guys mane cara yang buat u guys rase cosy and peace....mase tulah system2 dlm badan korang hepi...sebabnyew dahlah korang tengah detox, then berehat2 chill2 plak tu...mau xsedap... (ngantowknyew~~~)

So, after 14ari u guys dah berjaya, u guys akan rase refresh sangat!! barulah boleyh perbaiki lifestyle u guys kpd more better & healthy!! Jangan pulak p melantak MCD KFC balek!!! wah3! mentang dah 14ari xbleyh makan goreng2 & santan2, hang p melantak balek bende2 tu?? memang membazir ar detox yang ko buat Tipah oii! Detox cara i ni boleyhlah jugak dipanggil jumpstart tuk u guys muhasabah (ecehwah!) balik lifestyle u guys yg xbrape sihat b4 this & perbaiki semua bende tu...

Okeyh??!! ;) Hope u guys can give a try!!! Let me know how u guuys feel after berjaye try tips ni...i pon arini baru 1st day i Detoxifying untuk tahun baru ni~ huhuhuhu~

    berat I skrang 75kg..dah turun 7kg dalam masa 4 bulan...tapi I tak cekik perut..mkn je semua + mkn vitamin sbb nak increase metabolisme...
    baru nak start detox ni..
    thx untuk panduan ni...
    hope boleh turun mcm u...kalau boleh i nak turun sampai 55kg... :-)
