Bitterground & Glass Noodle Salad (Thai version)


Yeayy!! Adelah sikit mase tuk i curi2 postkan new tag entries i yang dinamekan:

Tag ni sume pasal ape2 yang i makan or masak but still can lose weight...sbb ape yang i masak & ape yang i makan mostly i will make sure bende2 tu sume healthy & less calories....dan kita pun orang melayu..kebanyakkan masakan melayu xbrape healthy sangat...kebanyakkannyewlah, bukan semua...Nanti Diane buktikan kat u guys yang some of masakan melayu pun healthy jugak...Diane ni bukan anak MAT SALLEH SANGAT nak makan western (walaupun name dlm IC diane sera farhanah)....tapi tag pasal healthy recepies ni pun atas permintaan followers jugak...sbb u guys yang mne follow FB i selalu tgk i postkan ape jew yg i tapaw  (sbb i lagi prefer tapaw masak sendri dari makan luar) biler time keje...keje i pun banyak duduk spjg ari ngadap computer & dats y i need to watch out segala calories yg masuk dlm badan i...so, dengan wujudnyew tag YUMMY FIT FOODIE ni, harap dapatlah membantu u guys yang pening kepale xtawu nak masak ape yang healthy but at de same time still YUMMIEEEEYYY!!!

CAUTIONS: semua resepi dalam tag ni, sangat SIMPLE, LESS OILY, LESS SALTY & LESS SUGAR and xperlu berjam2 tuk prepare....jangan ngadu kat Diane kalo resepi2 ni xsedap sbb xde flavour 'kick' or resepi2 ni budak2 tadika pon boleyh buat~


So, perasmian first entrie YFF kali ni, i nak share dgn u guys camne nak buat Thai Salad...
Thai salad ade baaaanyyyaaakkk sgt jenis...i pun suke salad2 or kerabu2 ni....

Bitterground & Glass Noodle Salad 
(Thai version)

For Salad:
1) 1/2 batang Peria / Bitterground (slice, rendam dlm air garam, cuci, boiled & tos)
2) Su' un / Glass Noodle ( pun telah direndam dlm air panas & di toskan)

3) Tauhu Keras (grilled atas griller dgn api yang sederhana until crispy & golden brown)
4) Chicken Balls & Sausage (boiled, tos & slice)
5) Tomato & 3colors of capsicum (semua cut into cube2 or dices)
6) 2biji bawang kecik dimayang halus2
**kalo nak letak cili padi sikit, dipersilakan..tu option...Diane mmg xkuat pedas..hehehe~
7) Udang kering (goreng tanpa minyak & kisar kasar)
8) Telur rebus yang di slice ( additional nak bagi sedap lagi)
9) Sedikit Cashew / gajus panggang for crunchy flavour ( ni sumber kekacang yang wajib kita letak dlm menu harian kita)

Then mix all the salad ingredients tu tadi...Ok, sekarang untuk dressing die pulak...

Dressing:
1) 2-3 spoon of Napla sauce / sos ikan (jangan letak byk2 sbb sodium die tinggi)
2) 1/2 or 1 biji Lemon... (kalo nak guna Lime juice pun ok..tapi jangan banyak2 sebab xbrape elok)
3) 1 teaspoon of sugar (option..kalo nak rase manis sikit...Diane xpkai terus coz i love sour taste)

Curahkan dressing atas salad & mix mix mix !! then letak dalam fridge about 1/2 hour...tunggu die sejuk sikit....kalo nak tambah peppermint leaves lagi best~ sebab salad ni raw & refreshing...make sure all of the ingredients semua fresh2...kalo u guys xmo sejukkan sikit pun xpe..leyh makan terus...ok...done...

Recommandation: Lagi sedap makan aritu jugak sebab salad ni xfresh biler simpan esok2....
Total Calories: plusminus around 200kcal or less...
